Case#: 0213002283/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 2/16/13

Location:  residence off of Camino Cerro Chato, Cerrillos, NM

On 2/16/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 2/14/13 at 1700 hours and today at 1630 hours unknown persons gained entry into her shed by kicking the door open.  Victim also stated that unknown persons shattered the glass to the front door.  Victim stated that unknown persons stole misc. jewelry from within.  Estimated value of items taken is $550.00.  Estimated damage amount is $650.00. 

0213002242 / Driving while license suspended revoked / 02/15/13

Location: Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Sheila Petry, 41 yoa, Santa Fe, NM 87501

Suspect was observed operating motor vehicle at a high rate of speed  at above location. Suspect was stopped at which time it was discovered the driver was operating the motor vehicle while priveleges were revoked with an arrest clause. Suspect was arrest accordingly.

Location: La Cieneguilla Petroglyph

Victim stated that he stopped at the above listed location for a walk on February 15, 2013 at 1400 hours. When he returned several hours later he noticed that his vehicle had been vandalized.This case remains under investigation.

Location: santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, SF, NM

Arrested: Jose Marrufo, 28 years of age, Espanola, NM 87532

On this date Deputies responded to the above location. The above listed suspect was found in possession of a green leaf like substance. The above suspect was arrested and re- booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the new charge.

Stolen: Unknown at this time  

Complainant reported on today's date at or around the time of 12:30pm, she came to the residence and found the front door to be opened and damaged. Upon further investigation, it appears that the residence had been ransacked but it is unknown if anything was stolen. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

 

Damage to the door is valued at $200.00

Victim reports between 2/13/13 and 2/14/13 a home was entered by force and a wood burning stove was removed from the living room and left in the driveway.  Case is under investigation.

Case#:0213002202/Assault on a Household Member, Battery on a Household Member/Date: 02-14-2013

Location: Valle Vista Blvd, Santa Fe, NM 87508 (Hwy 14 Area)

Arrested: Jeramie Rivera 32 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Assault on a Household Member, Battery on a Household Member

Deputies responded to a call of screaming in the area of Valle Vista Blvd where they discovered a domestic dispute at the above location. Victim reports the suspect pushed her to the ground outside of their home after arriving from dinner and threw her items into the yard. Suspect was arrest and booked accordingly without further incident.

Case# 0213002205 Aggravated DWI

Location:  Airport Road at Calle Lucia, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Gold, 1998, Toyota, Camry

Suspect:  Edith Duran-Luna, 21, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravted DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic, Driver Must be Licensed

On Friday, February 15, 2013 at 1:08 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  A check with the new Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

Vicitm reported that on February 14 his home was unlawfully entered by unknown suspects. Signs of entry were obvious in several areas of the home. This case remains under investigation.
