Driver was operating a motor vehicle with an obstructed windshield. He was stopped and found to have a suspended license pursuant to a DWI. He was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Two juveniles reported they were assaulted by another juvenile with a pocket knife while at their bus stop. There were no injuries from the incident. Investigation is still ongoing.

Victim reports sometime between 2/2/13 and 2/13/13, recently vacated home was entered without force and the interior of the home was vandalized causing significant damage.  Victim further reports that fencing material and tools were taken from the exterior of the home.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Green Earrings, Diamond Earring, 3 Platinum Rings, and 2 Diamond Rings Total Estimated Value: $7,100.00

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location.  Entry was gained through the sliding glass door by shattering the glass.  Once inside the above items were taken.  Total estimated value of damage $600.00.  Case still pending further investigation.

Case# 0213002144 Aggravated DWI

Vehicle:  Silver, 2013, Dodge, Journey (SUV)

Suspect:  Lee A. Gonzales, 35, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving, Driver Must be Licensed

On Thuesday, February 14, 2013 at 1:05 AM the suspect was observed operating the vehicle north at the location in the southbound lanes of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect (ID Car only.).  Due to the suspect's number of prior DWI Offenses the vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Missing Person: Ron Stark, 48 yoa male

Family member reports the above person missing as they have not heard from him since January 15, 2013.  Mr. Stark could possibly be in a 2001 Silver Honda Pilot with Calfornia Plates.  It is unknown what Mr. Stark was last seen wearing but is 5'9", 185lbs, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

On February 13, 2013 victim reported receiving mail from California stating he owed money. The letters explained an incident from California and why the money was now due. Victim reported not being in California during the time of the incident. This case remains under investigation.

Suspect #2:  Kevin Parra, age 21, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect #3:  Yesenia Evans, age 19, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Larceny, Conspiracy

On 2/11/13 deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a larceny in progress.  A witness observed the suspects stealing a chrome wheel and tire from a trailer which was parked in the RV park.  Suspects fled the area and proceeded over to Camel Rock Casino.  Suspects proceeded into the casino and took off their jackets and hid them in the bathroom.  Suspects were located and admitted to the larceny and attempting to dispose of their jackets to avoid apprehension.  Suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Missing: Alvaro Estrada, 13 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a  runaway juvenile. The reporting party wanted to report that her son Avaro Estrada ran away from home.The reporting party stated that her son has ranaway before but doesnt know where he could be.

Alvaro Estrada, 5'7, 150lbs, brown hair, brown eyed, both ears pierced, and a scar behind his right ear. No clothing description at this time.

He was entered into NCIC and the Missing Persons Clearinghouse
