On or about February 04, 2012 vicitm reported being notified by Income Support Division that they showed her being employed In Charlotte, North Carolina. Vicitm stated she was never employed in North Charlotte. Case is under investigation.

Location: 4650 Airport Road/ Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Joseph Taylor Jr. 56 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI, Stopping, standing or Parking, Suspended License, Open Container, Expired License Plate, and Unlawful use of License

Above driver was found passed out in his 1990 Ford F-150 Pick-up while it was running, in the driveway entrance/ exit of the Casitas Mobile Home Park.  Drivers vehicle was blocking other vehicles from safely passing.  Upon contact with above driver he displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 4 beers.  Driver was also found in possession of an open 12 oz can of Bud Ice.  Field Sobriety Tests were adminstered and clues of impairment were displayed.  Driver was then placed under arrest and submitted t a breath test, which resulted in a breath alcohol content of .13 and .13.  Suspect was then transported to ADC and booked accordingly without further incident.

Victim reported to Deputy that sometime between the hours of midnight and 4:00 p.m. on this date, unknown persons gained forced entry into her establishment and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Robert Montoya                  Age: 25         Albuquerque,NM  87110

Charges: Driving while license is revoked; Driving on roadways laned for traffic; No Insurance

Driver was contacted after being involved in a motor  vehicle crash. Driver was found have been operating a vehicle while  his license was revoked, arrest pursuant. Driver was arrested and taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Location:  US 84/285 Frontage Road, Santa Fe, NM (Cuyamungue)

On 2/2/13 deputy responded to a burglary which occurred at the above location.  Victim stated that between 1015 and 1422 hours unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle through an unlocked door.  Victim stated that unknown persons stole a black purse, medical records, cosmetics and keys.  Estimated value of items taken is $100.00.

On this date victim reported that sometime within the last week and a half some unknown person stole metal I beams and new metal pieces that were stored on his property. The metal was used by victim to build utility trailers.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1000.00

Case#:0213001554/Aggravated DWI, Failure to dim lights, Suspended License/Date: 02-01-2013

Location: State Road 14 MM 45 Southbound, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Jason Chavez 41 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Agg DWI, Use of mutiple-beam road lighting equipment, Driving while license suspended or revoked, Unlawful use of license, and Evidence of registration to be signed

Deputy observed a red in color Chevrolet S-10 traveling southbound at the above location.  Above driver was stopped after he failed to dim the bright lights to his truck upon approach of oncoming traffic.  The above driver displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming 4 mixed alcoholic beverages prior to the stop.  Field sobriety test were conducted, where the above driver displayed clues of impairment.  Driver was then placed under arrest and refused to submit to chemical testing.  Suspect's truck was seized as per the Santa Fe County DWI Seizure ordinance.  Suspect was booked and charged according at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Victim reported on today's date between the times of 12:30pm and 3:30pm , unknown persons kicked in the back door to the residence causing fram damge. Nothing was reported stolen at this time. victim’s. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
