The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench warrant out Magistrate court for failure to pay fines. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into their 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan parked at the above location.  Entry was gained by breaking the driver side window. Once inside the above items were taken.  Total Estimated Value of Damage: $120.00.  Case still pending further investigation.

Stolen: 4 inch Copper Pipe and Wiring Total Estimated Value: $75.00

Victim reports sometime between January 12th, 2013 and today's date unknown person(s) broke the window to the above location and stole the above items.  Estimated Value of damage: $200.00.  Case still pending further.

Case#:0213001020/Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin/Date:01-22-2013

Location: Thomas Road/ Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: David Maya 23yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit: Heroin

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a Green in color Honda Accord upon contact it was discovered the driver had active warrants.  A searched was conduct on the above suspect upon arrest and found a black rock in the above suspect's pocket.  Substance was field tested and tested to be Heroin.  Suspect was booked and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the above charges.

Stolen: ID Passport Card, and a Check Total Estimated Value: $665.00

Victim reports that unknown person(s) took the above items from her room at the above location.  Victim reports the items were taken sometime between the hours of 4:00pm and 11:00pm on January 21, 2013.  Case still pending further investigation.

0212000998/ Felon in Possession of a Firearm/ 01-21-13

Arrested: Alfred Romero age: 63

Charges: Felon in Possession of a Firearm, Service of Documents

On 01-21-13 at approximately 2128-hours/ 9:28pm Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Deputies learned while speaking to the complainant that Alfred Romero had a .22 caliber revolver stashed under the front seat of her vehicle. Alfred was found to have been convicted of a Felony in the State of New Mexico and currently under the supervision of Probation or Parole. Alfred was placed under arrest for being a Felon in Possession of a Firearm. Adult Probation and Parole issued an Arrest Order which was also served. Alfred was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: Pots and Pans, Wall Clock, Leather Chaps, Boots, bed Linens, 12 gauge pistol grip sawed off shotgun, and unknown caliber Ruger Handgun Total Estimated Value: $2,300.00

Victim reports unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location sometime between Thanksgiving and Christmas of 2012 as she was airing out the residence.  Victim reports around December 29th, 2012 various items started to go missing and today noticed the guns missing.  Case still pending further.

Vehicle: 2002 Toyota pickup Gray in color

Suspect: Theresa Quintana                          Age: 46        Santa Fe,NM

Driver of vehicle was stopped after Deputy observed a traffic violation. Contact was made with driver and she was informed of why the stop was initiated. A drivers license inquiry was done with the return showing that the driver  was operating a vehicle while her license was revoked with the arrest clause. Driver was arrested and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Victim reports sometime between the dates of Friday January 19, 2013 at 5:00pm and Monday January 21, 2013 at 7:00am unknown suspect(s) stole the above items from the above location (Construction Site).  The items were on a trailer parked at the above location. Case still pending further.

0213000943, Death Investigation, 1/20/13

Location: Silver Rock Rd   Ranch Viejo

Deputies responded along with Fire Personnel regarding a 97 year old male unconcious and not breathing.  Elderly male was found deceased from natural causes and no foul play suspected.
