Location: 2000 block of Casa Rufina, SF, NM 87507

Stolen: Various jewelry valued collectively at $10,800.00. One (1) ring and Six (6) necklaces

Victim reported on yesterday's date, 01-19-2013 between the hours of 1:00pm and 5:00pm  at 9:00am.  Persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $10,800.00

Stolen: Purse, one (1) Cricket Cell phone, and one (1) Verizon flip phone

Victim reported that on today's date between the hours of 6:50pm and 7:10pm, some unknown person burglarized her passenger vehicle. Forced entry was made by breaking a window to the vehicle.The inside of the vehicle was ransacked. This case is currently being investigated.

0213000958 / Unlawful taking of a stolen motor vehicle- Recovered stolen motor vehicle / 01-20-2013

Vehicle: Red in color GMC pickup   1990's model

Victim reported to deputy that on this date between the hours of 12;00 am and 2:30 p.m. unknown persons stole her vehicle while it had been parked in the driveway.  Vehicle had been located prior to report and had been involved in a crash. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reports security driveway gate was damaged this date while being forced open by unknown means.  Motor drive was also damaged.  Case is under investigation.

0213000940, Auto Burglary X2, 1/20/13

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports sometime between 1/19/12 and 1/20/12 a 2000 Chevy tahoe and 2003 Dodge pick-up were entered by force through passenger windows and a GPS system as well as a speaker box are reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Location:  residence off of Housta Court, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Estates)

On 1/19/13 deputies responded to above address in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that on 1/17/13 between the hours of 1200 and 1500 unknown persons made entry into his garage and stole miscellaneous ceramics and photos which were in a plastic container. Victim stated he left his garage door open.  Estimated value of items taken is $1000.00.

Location:  residence off of Laughing Raven Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 1/18/13 deputy was notified to contact the reporting party who resides in CA.  Reporting Party stated that sometime between 10/25/12 and 11/1/12 his brother who is disabled let a couple reside in an RV on his property in exchange for picking up groceries and cooking meals.  The victim gave the suspects his ATM card and pin number to use to purchase groceries.  Reporting Party stated that the suspects embezzled about $4,000.00 from his brother.  It is unknown where the suspects are at.

Location:  residence off of Sunset Canyon Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Turquoise Trail Subdivision)

On 1/18/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a fraud.  Victim stated that she was contacted by Adult Protective Services in reference to an anonymous complaint.  Victim stated that they advised her that she was trying to pose as a doctor for her business to extort money from her clients.  Victim stated that on the website it had all of her information but her name was misspelled. 

 

0213000911 Aggravated DWI / No Insurance / Careless Driving 01/19/2013

Location:US Hwy285 mp 276 (Lamy Area)

Arrested: Genaro Gallegos 24 years old,Albuquerque NM

Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Driver of suspect vehicle displayed signs of impairment. Driver refused SFST’s, breath test or blood draw. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI and booked into Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.
