Arrested: Crystal Griego 23yoa, SF, NM and Arthur Martinez 27 yoa, SF, NM

On Today's date, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. The two listed individuals became beligerent and using vulgar language in the roadway (Public Roadway) outside of the residence. This incident was seperate from the domestic dispute and there were no injuries were reported in regards to the doemstic disturbance. Both were booked into SFCADF without incident on the charge of disorderly conduct.

Stolen: 800 in MiscU.S.cash/coins

Victim stated that on this date he arrived to the car wash at approximately 8:35 AM, this morning (1/17/13) and noticed that an unknown person(s) forced entry to the metal door of the maintenance room and stole $850.00 in miscellaneous cash and coins, used to supply the change machines for the car wash.

The above listed subject was arrested on (2) two active felony bench warrants for Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Heroin, Conspiracy, and failure to comply with electronic monitoring. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on no bond.

Arrested: Mark Valdez, 33 yoa, Santa Fe, NM 87506 

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic dispute. It was determined that the above stated suspect battered his father. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim: 30 year old female, Santa Fe, NM 87506

Location: Peak's Place Mobile Home Park, Santa Fe, NM 87506

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (30 year old female) was found unresponsive by family members. The victim has a long history of substance abuse. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Victim reported she arrived home on today's date, 01-16-2013 and she observed fresh wet footprints on the carpet inside her home and observed pry marks to the rear door of the residence. The victim suspected her son entering her home without authorization. Nothing was removed from the residence. The suspect admitted to entering the residence and was booked into the santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for Trafficking cocaine, and conspiracy. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on a $50,000.00 Cash Bond.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for Aggravated Battery on a House Hold Member. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on a $25,000.00 Cash Bond.

Location:  residence off of Coyote Pass Road, Santa Fe, NM (Windmill Estates)

On 1/15/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between the hours of 0730 and 1655 unknown persons gained entry through a sliding glass door.  Victim stated that the unknown persons took 6 boxes of ammunition, a safe, an audio subwoofer, and a remote control.  Estimated value of items taken is $1620.00.

0213000636 - Criminal Damage to Property - 1/14/13

Location: Valle Romero - Pojoaque

Sometime between January 13, 2013 and January 14, 2013, victim's vehicle was damaged with a pick axe. Damage was estimated at $1500.00. Investigation is ongoing.
