Arrested: Tony Sandoval Jr. 27 years of age, Santa Fe, NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic disturbance. The case was investigated and it was determined that an assault and violation of a TRO was comitted. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino Resort

Arrested: Adrian Encinias, 40-year-old male from Pecos N.M.

On 01-12-2013 Mr. Encinias was involved in an argument with a household member while gambling at the Buffalo Thunder Casion. During the argument Mr. Encinias battered the household member.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 3721 Academy Road, Guadalupe Credit Union

Stolen: 2 electronic key cards and 4 keys

On 01-12-2013 the victim reported between the hours of 10:30PM and 12:30AM someone entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and stole two electronic key cards and 4 keys.  This took place while the vehicle was parked at the Guadalupe Credit Union on Academy Road.

The above listed subject was arrested on a Governor’s Warrant issued by The State of New Mexico, and The State of California. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on no bond.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for Aggravated Battery on a House Hold Member. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on a $25,000.00 Cash Bond.

Location: South San Mateo (Valle Vista Area)

Arrested: Daniel S Maes 28year old male, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance, is which the suspect battered his mother. Suspect then armed himself with a BB gun and threatened his mother with it. Suspect then fled but was located hiding behind the residence. The suspect was taken into custody, charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

0213000503 Counterfeit / Fraud 01/10/2013

Location: West Gutierrez (Pojoaque area)

Stolen: Four five dollar U.S. currency bills

On this date the suspect entered the establishment and purchased a 20 oz. soda. Suspect paid with a ten dollar bill and was given his change back. The suspect holding two other ten dollar bills ask the cashier if he could give him four five dollar bills from the register for his bills. The cashier gave the suspect the four five dollar bills and collected the two ten dollar bills.

The cashier examined the bills and noticed they were all counterfeit. Store personnel recovered their four five dollar bills from the suspect prior to him fleeing.

The listed subject was found to be a fugitive out of the state of Colorado. Subject was charged and rebooked into jail on outstanding warrant from Colorado and Fugitive from jusitce.  

Case#: 0213000479/ Burglary, Conspiracy, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 01/10/13

Location:  residence off of Camino Tres Arroyos, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Alameda)

Suspect:  Francisco Bencomo, age 18, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Burglary, Conspiracy, Criminal Damage to Property

On 1/10/13 deputies were dispatched to above residence in reference to a burglary in progress.  Person resporting stated that as she was driving up to the residence she observed 2 male subjects walking out of the residence with items in hand.  Both subjects then left the area calmly.  Suspect then returned back to the residence to retrieve his vehicle.  Deputy observed the vehicle on West Alameda and conducted a traffic stop.  The suspect admitted to being at the residence and removed a TV and placed it at the door.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Second suspect is still at large.  Damage was done to the window screen which was damaged.  Estimated damage amount is $50.00

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for failure to comply with The Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program. Subject was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
