Location:  3900 block of Calle Cisco, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Verde Subdivision)

On 1/7/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between the hours of 0900 and 1700 unknown persons broke a southeast window with a brick and gained entry into her residence.  Victim stated that misc. jewelry was stolen from inside the residence. Estimated value of items taken is pending.  Estimated damage amount to window and screen is $500.00.

0213000277 Burglary 1-6-13

Deputy assigned: Amber Marez

Location: Arroyo Seco Circle (Arroyo Seco area)

Stolen: Xbox game system w/ Kinnect, Xbox Games, Jewelry box, Misc. jewelry, 50 DVD movies, women’s high heel shoes. 

Victim reported that sometime between January 4 and January 6, 2013 unknown persons gained unauthorized forced entry into her residence through a door at the rear of the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $1918.00

Location: Olive Lane- El Rancho

Stolen: Flatscreen TV and jewelry

Value: $2,600.00

On 1-05-13 the victim reported between 01-03-13 and 01-05-13, unknown person(s) forced entry into her residence and stole the above items while she was away from the residence. The unknown suspect(s) broke the glass on the front door to gain entry. The case is under investigation and suspects are pending.

02130002000 / Driving while license is suspended or revoked / 01-04-2013

Location: US 84/285 and Camino Cerrado          Pojoaque,NM

Subject: Maria Erivez      Age: 26       Espanola,NM

Subject was stopped by  Deputies after observing traffic violation. Driver was contacted and she admitted to Deputy that she should not be driving due to her license being revoked. The driver's license was confirmed being revoked with the arrest clause and the driver was then arrested. Driver was taken to jail and her vehicle seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

0213000214/ Death Investigation/ 01-05-13

Location: Azul Way- Santa Fe, NM

Decedent: 80 year old male

On 01-05-12 at approximately 7:40am, Deputies were dispatched to an unconscious and unresponsive male. Santa Fe County Med 80 was also on scene, but could not rescusitate the male. There was no signs of foul play. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted.  The cause of death is pending at this time.

0213000167/ Burglary (auto)/ 01-04-13

Location: 300 block of Santa Fe County Road 84- El Rancho

Stolen: Debit Card, Prescription Card, Sam' Club Card

On 01-04-13 the victim reported sometime between 01-03-13 at 11:30pm and 01-04-13 at 07:20am, unknown person(s) entered her vehicle and removed the above items. The victim reported the vehicle was secured at the time of incident. Suspect's are pending at this time.

Victim reports home entered by force through side garage door sometime between December 17 and this date.  Victim reports various jewelry and costume jewelry missing.  Case is under investigation.

Victim reports leaving Burton-Honcho snowboard valued at $600.00 in rack outside of restroom and upon return the snowboard had been stolen.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Santa Fe County Detention/Electronic Monitoring Program

Suspect: Adrian Martinez  Age: 42  Santa Fe

Adrian Martinez reported to the Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring Program within the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was taken into custody for a Bench Warrant and was found to be in possession of a folding knife.

0213000201 / Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, D.W.I. and Speeding / 01-04-2013

Deputy assigned: B. Markley

Commander entering: Cpl. M. Delgado

Location: State Road 599 Mile Marker 9 (Northbound)

Arrested: Christopher Leslie, 44-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 01-04-2013 at about 7:45PM a traffic stop was conducted on a 2007 Ford truck after it was observed traveling 73mph in a posted 55mph zone on State Road 599.  Upon contacting the driver identified as Mr. Leslie, he displayed signs of impairment.  Further investigation revealed he was driving under the influence of alcohol.  A 10-year-old child was in the vehicle with him at the time of the stop.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
