On 1/4/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 11/14/12 and 12/27/12 unknown persons entered his property through an unlocked gate the first time. Victim stated that the other times the suspect had to climb over the gate. Victim stated that unknown persons took misc. horse equipment, 5 bales of hay, an air compressor, and a red wagon. Victim stated that the horse equipment was inside the horse trailer. Estimated value of items taken is $580.00. Victim also stated that unknown persons attempted to pry the shed door open. Estimated damage amount is $25.00.

On 1/3/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1/2/13 at 1800 hours and 1/3/13 at 0900 hours unknown persons entered her vehicle and took a 20" flip down TV. Victim stated that her ex-boyfriend may have given the key to a relative and they gained entry into the vehicle. Estimated value of item taken is $1000.00. No damage to vehicle.

Suspect: Breeana Vasquez, age 21, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Bringing Contraband into a place of Imprisonment
On 1/3/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Correction Officer stated that a strip search was done on the suspect in which suspect was taking off her pants and a capped empty syringe fell out of her pocket. Suspect stated that she was just booked in by Santa Fe Detectives who took 2 syringes away from her. Suspect was rebooked on the above charge.

On 1/3/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Complainant advised that the mail officer had located a greeting card sent to an inmate incarcerated at the jail which contained an orange strip which is believed to be Suboxone. The orange strip was wrapped in yellow plastic which was inside the cover. Case is still pending.

Victim reported on today's date at or around the time of 11:30am he observed "Honda" passenger vehicle on his property that had gotten stuck, the property owner assisted the vehicle getting unstuck. The property owner then observed the above items stolen from his property This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim reported that sometime between December 8, 2012 at 11:00pm and December 9, 2012 at 11:00am while at a social gathering, someone took the above item. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Arrested: Antonio Gonzales age 54 of Santa Fe NM
On 1-2-12 the above subject was stop for a traffic violation. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to the standardized field sobriety tests and again showed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to a breath test, which resulted in a .14. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Simon Trujillo-Lopez age 28 of Albuquerque NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area West Cochiti in reference to a reckless driver. Contact was made with a 1977 Chevy Blazer. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. Driver submitted to the standardized field sobriety tests and again showed signs of impairment. A NCIC inquiry revealed the suspect had three prior DWI actions on his criminal history. Suspect was found in possession of a loaded firearm and was charged and arrested and booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: residence off of Rabbitbrush Road, Santa Fe, NM (Las Campanas subdivision)
On 01/02/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an attempted burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 0900 and 1700 unknown persons attempted to gain entry into his residence by prying the front door and also 3 other doors. Suspects did not gain entry into the residence. Estimated damage amount is $8,200.00.

Location: 6300 block of Jaramillo Lane, Santa Fe, NM (Off of Airport Road)
On 1/2/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 12/29/12 at 1930 hours and 12/30/12 at 1130 hours unknown persons gained entry into his vehicle by pushing down the window to the vehicle and causing damage to the electronic window system. Victim stated that suspects stole his prescription medication, a radar detector, a backpack, various books, a cell phone charger, a wallet which contained $320.00 in cash, a Visa card, a debit card, a driver's license, and a social security card. Victim stated that his debit card was used online to purchase items from Amazon.com. Estimated value of items taken is $904.24. Estimated damage amount is $400.00.
