Arrested: Antonio Diaz age: 35

Charges: Aggravated DWI, No Insurance, and Driver too be Licensed

On 12-23-12 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Taurus to conduct a welfare check on the driver. Upon making contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment. The driver identified himself as Antonio Diaz. The driver could not provide proof of insurance or a driver's license. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to chemical testing. His test results were .19 BrAC. The driver was booked into Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Thomas Lueras 24 yoa male, Espanola, NM

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance to wit Marijuana, Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Shift supervisor at the Santa Fe County Jail located narcotics and drug paraphernalia on a inmate during a strip search.  Suspect was charged on the above charges without incident.

Charges: Possession Controlled Substance to wit: Suboxone, Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment, Possession of Drup Paraphernalia

Shift Supervisor from the Santa Fe County Jail found an inmate with narcotics and drug paraphernalia during a strip search.  Suspect was charged on the above charges without further incident.

Stolen: Play Station w/ controllers, BlueRay Player, 22 BlueRay Movies, Various Jewelry

Estimated Value: $6,900.00

Suspect: 50 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM

Victim reports sometime between December 7, 2012 and December 21, 2012 the above suspect was allowed to stay at the above location housesitting. Victim returned on today's date to find the above items missing. There is so signs of any forced entry.  Case still pending further investigation.

0212019705 Battery Against a Household Member 12-21-12

Location: 200 Block of Spur Ranch Road

Arrested: Victor Bowser 36, Santa Fe NM

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on the 200 block of Spur Ranch Road in reference to a domestic dispute. The above was arrested for battery against a household member without incident. He was taken to and booked accordingly on the above charges.

0212019656 Possession of a controlled Substance 12/20/2012

Arrested: Rogelio Lopez 21, Santa Fe NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with vehicle at the above location. Upon contact with driver a green leafy substance and white powdery substance was located. Driver was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Location:  2000 block of Camino Samuel Montoya (off of Agua Fria)

On 12/20/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny.  Victim stated that between the hours of 1315 and 1345 unknown persons entered his property and stole 7 aluminum rims from under his carport.  Estimated value of items stolen is $1100.00.

Suspect:  Patrick Chavez, age 22, Espanola, NM

Charged:  Bringing Contraband to place of imprisonment, Conspiracy

On 12/20/12 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr. in reference to a narcotics violation.  Detention Officer stated that the mail officer was checking the incoming mail and noticed a greetings card for the above suspect.    The mail officer opened the card and noticed that it had 3 orange strips of Suboxone inside the card.  Suspect was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on above charges,

0212019581 Robbery / Agg Burglary 12/19/2012

Location: 4600 block Airport road (Airport Rd area) Santa Fe NM

Stolen: $60.00

Victim stated that on this date he was having drinks with two friends at his residence. Victim stated the two friends/suspects asked him for money to purchase drugs and when he declined a physical altercation took place and $60.00 cash was stolen from his wallet. Victim refused to divulge who the suspects were at this time.
