Suspect:  Elizabeth Montgomery, age 43, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 12/9/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Suspect admitted to throwing a VHS tape at the victim causing him to have a cut lip and a bloodied nose.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0212018937/Aggravated DWI, Stopping, Standing or Parking outside of a business or residence districts, Open Container/Dat

Location: Tecolote Mesa and Latir Court, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Vejo Area)

Suspect: Mathew Rivera 44 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Aggravated DWI, Stopping, standing or parking outside of a business or residence districts, and Open Container

Above suspect was found passed out behind the steering wheel to his 2001 Ford Ranger, which was stopped in the roadway in the opposing lane of travel with its engine running and its headlights on.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment and admitting to consuming several alcoholic beverages.  Suspect was found in possession of an open mini bottle of Vodka with contents consumed.  Suspect displayed signs of impairment during the SFST's and submitted to a breath test.  Breath test results of .23, .23.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Location: 7300 block of Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM

Decendent: 61 yoa female

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an unconcious and not breathing female.  Upon arrival Santa Fe County Medics were on scene and advised the female was deceased.  OMI was contacted and there were no signs of foul play.

Stolen: Craftsman Shop Vac, Homelite Blower, Ryobi Tool Set, Red Tool box with tools

Value: $340.00

On 12-09-12 the victim reported sometime between 11-25-12 and 12-09-12 someone gained entry into his residence and stole the above items. No damage to the garage door or residence was observed or reported. Suspects are pending

 

0212018946 / DWI, Speeding, Open Container / 12-09-12

Location: Airport Road at Constellation Drive

Arrested: Victor Dominguez-Quiroz, 18-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-09-12 at about 1:45AM a black in color Dodge Neon was observed speeding 70 miles per hour in a 45 mile per hour zone westbound on Airport Road. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the driver, Mr. Dominguez-Quiroz who showed signs of intoxication.  He admitted to drinking 2 beers prior to driving. Field sobriety tests were administered and he was placed under arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly after submitting to a breath test

Location:  20 West Gutierrez #308, Santa Fe, NM (Pojoaque)

Suspect:  Juliana Rojo, age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 12/7/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute.  Deputy observed that there were items thrown on the floor in the livingroom.  Victim had scratch markings on his arm and fresh blood stains on his pants.  Suspect admitted to scratching victim.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

0212018909/ Abandonment or Abuse of a Child/ 12-08-12

Location: State Road 14/ State Road 599- Santa Fe

Arrested: Shaylor Alley age: 37

Charges: Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Aggravated D.W.I., Roadway Laned for Traffic

On 12-08-12 a traffic stop was conducted on a red Ford Mustang, which was failing to maintain its lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, it was learned he was under the influence or intoxicating liquor. It was also learned the driver had a 13 year old passenger with him. The driver submitted to SFST's, however he was not able to complete the tests. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were three times the legal limit. The driver was subsequently booked into the Santa Fe County  Adult Detention Center.

    

0212018897 / Missing Person / 12-07-2012

Location: 20 Buffalo Thunder Trail, (Santa Fe Hilton) Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino

Missing: Yeny Flores, 23-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 12-07-2012 Yeny was reported missing by a group of her friends.  She was last seen at the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino at about 11:30pm. She did not have a vehicle at the Casion and was supposed to be staying in one of the hotel rooms with her friends.  She was entered into NCIC as a missing person.

Location: Jon Kim Lane (Airport Road/ Agua Fria Area)

Arrested: Edwin Rivera, Santa Fe NM

Deputies responded the 3500 block of Jon Kim Lane in reference to a domestic dispute. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail for Battery Against a Household Member. No major injuries were reported.

0212018888 Burglary Auto 12-7-12

Location: 3400 Block of Agua Fria (Santa Fe Area)

Stolen: Beige leather purse containing personal ID’s, DL, Social security card, government ID cards

Victim reported that sometime between 8:15pm and 9:00pm on 12/7/11 unknown person(s) burglarized his pickup truck. Forced entry was made by breaking the passenger side window. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation.
