Victim reported that between 11/14/12 @ 8pm and 11/18/12 @ 4pm; unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to her residence. The victim believes the suspects gained entry through an unlocked rear window to the residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above items.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $300.00

On November 18, 2012, Victim advised that sometime between 1PM on11/17/12 and 4:45PM on 11/18/12, unknown suspect(s) made entry to his home through a window and stole a PS3. No other items in the residence were missing. There was no damage to the window where the suspect made entry.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $320.00

Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility
On Sunday, November 18, 2012 at 5:48 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when for reason(s) unknown he lost control of the vehicle allowing it to cross thwe center median and strike a concrete barrier on the southbound lanes of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. There was an open bottle of Bud Light Beer in the center console. The suspect was not wearing a seat belt at the time of of the collision. The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License has expired. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The syuspect was not injured as a result of this incident but had sustained an injury from a previous incident which did require medical attention.

On 11-17-12 between 6:30am and 9:15am, unknown person(s) entered the victims garage, by breaking the door handle. Once inside the garage the suspect(s) removed a Dewalt Miter saw valued at $1,000.00. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location: Residence on Caminito Quintana off Airport Road
Arrested: Glen Bransford, 33-year-old male from Santa Fe. N.M.
On 11-18-2012 at about 2:00AM Mr. Bransford unlawfully entered the victim's residence by breaking a window and stole a gun and a television from within. He left the television about 50 yards down the road from the residence. As Deputies were conducting the investighation Mr. Bransford was observed ccoming back to the scene to retreave the TV. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 11/16/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 1230 a.m. and 1245 a.m. unknown persons entered his vehicle and stole his stereo and his floor jack. Victim stated that the unknown persons gained entry through a rear sliding window. Estimated value of items taken is $150.00. There was no damage to the window.

On 11/16/12 at 1530 hours, complainant observed a vehicle parked at the above location. Complainant stated that unknown persons gained entry into the residence by kicking the front door open. Victim stated that unknown persons took a Playstation 3, a portable Playstation, an Ipod, and 2 cell phones. Estimated value of items taken is $750.00 Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Arrested: Christopher Cruz, 27-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-17-12 at about 1:00AM a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Cruz' 2007 Toyota car after he was observed driving with his high beams on and failed to dim them after being signaled to do so. The traffic stop was conducted onAirport Roadat the Shell Gas Station. Upon contact with Mr. Cruz he displayed signs of intoxication and failed field sobriety tests. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed his breath alcohol concentration was over twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On Friday, November 16, 2012 at 9:01 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal prior to making a right turn. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.. The suspect was unable to to produce proof of insurance upon request.
