On 11-05-12 the victim reported the above items taken from her residence. The theft of the items took place between 10-30-12 at 8:00pm and 10-31-12 at 11:30am. One ring was in the shape of a dolphin with an emerald eye, the other two were diamond rings. The bracelets were gold, with one being a heavy charm bracelet. The earing were also gold in color. Suspects are pending in this matter.

On 11-05-12 the above arrested person was involved in a physical altercation with a family member. During the investigation of the incident it was learned the arrestee had thrown the family member to the ground and kicked her on her legs. On 11-05-12 at about 3:00AM the victim observed a male suspect inside the victim's vehicle, which was parked outside of the victim's apartment. The victim confronted the male and they got into a physical altercation. The suspect brandished a handgun. The victim was able to gain control of the handgun and take it from the suspect who then fled the area on foot. The suspect is described as a hispanic male approximately 16 to 19 years old wearing dark clothing.
