Case# 0212017149 Aggravated DWI

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving

On Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 9:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was attempting to complete a U-turn.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect failed to observe another vehicle traveling south at the location and attempted to complete the turn.  As a reult the other vehicle struck the suspect's vehicle.  The suspexct was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  There were no injuries as a result of the collision.

Location:  Scott Court, Edgewood, NM (off of Roberts Drive)

On 11/1/12 victim was taking photos of suspect because he'd never seen the individual before yesterday. Suspect is working for a bank and was checking on a residence off of Scott Court. Suspect picked up a rock and threw it at the victim nearly hitting him with the rock. Victim took photographs of the male picking up the rock and of the suspect peeling out in is truck as he backed out of the driveway. Photographs show there was not a license plate on the vehicle while in the area of the incident.  It is unknown who the suspect is at this time.  Victim did not get injured.  Suspect was not located.

Value: $5,000.00

On 11-01-12 the victim reported he left the above items on a utility box at the intersection of Arroyo Hondo Road and Arroyo Hondo Trail. Once the victim realized he left the items, he proceeded back to the location. Upon his arrival the items were gone. The items were entered into NCIC. Suspect Information is pending.

On Wednesday, October 31, 2012 at 10:36 PM deputies respponded to the location in reference to a possible fight in progress.   Upon arrival the suspect was identified by management as a patron who had caused a disturbance inside the establishment  and had refused to leave.  Upon making contact with the suspect she provided a ficticious date of birth indicating that she was 21 years old when she is only 20 years old.

Charges: Battery on a Household Member, and False Imprisonment

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Victim reports an argument ensued between her and the above suspect.  Victim indicated the suspect would not allow her to leave the residence pushing her several times.  Suspect then took the victims keys and cell phone not allowing her to have them.  Suspect was placed under arrest on the above charges without further incident.

Case# 0212017032 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location:  6100 Block of Vuelta Ventura (Tierra Real Mobile Home Park), Santa Fe, NM

Between 11:40 PM on Tuwesday, October 30, 2012 and 12:04 AM on Wednesday, October 31, 2012, person(s) unknown gaine entry to the vehicle which was parked and unsecured at a residence at the location.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed the vehicle from the locatioon without the owner's permission.  The keys were left in the ignition.  At approximately 1:09 AM the vehicle was located on South Fork.  The vehicle had sustained damage to all of its windows and right front tire.  The vehicle was subsequently released back to the owner.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 8:15am and 4:00pm at the above location unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry.  Entry was gained by kicking in the front door.  Once inside the above listed items were taken.  Estimated value of damage $750.00.  Case still pending further.
