0212016724 Resisting or Obstructing an Officer 10/24/2012

Location: County Road 84 # 21b (Pojoaque Area)

Arrested: Cruz Gabaldon 63year old male, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies responded to a 911call / possible domestic from a female requesting help. Upon deputies arrival at the residence they were met at the front door by the above suspect who was uncooperative and refused to allow the deputies to check the welfare of the female by not allowing them into the residence by trying to slam the door on them as they attempted contact. Suspect then resisted deputies as he was removed from the premises. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

0212016714 Driving while license suspended or revoked 10/24/2012

Location: Old Pecos Trail @ Old Las Vegas Hwy (Arroyo Hondo Area)

Arrested: Alicia Mendoza 34 year old female, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputy conducted a traffic at the above location. Suspect was found to driving on a suspended/revoked driver’s license with an arrest clause. Suspect’s license plate also had a registration sticker from another plate that was reported stolen. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Case#: 0212016717/ Bringing Contraband into a place of imprisonment, Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin, Poss

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Kurt Whyte

Location:  28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM (Santa Fe County Adult Detention Ctr.)

Suspect:  Lucas Baca, age 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Bringing Contraband into a Place of Imprisonment, Possession of a controlled substance to wit:  Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

On 10/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a report of Bringing Contraband into a place of imprisonment.  Deputy made contact with person reporting who stated that a correction officer had located a syringe which had a brown type substance, a piece of a small plastic bag containing a brown tar like substance, a plastic spoon containing a brown tar like substance which was located in the suspect's cell.  A check of the suspect's matteress was made and the suspect stepped on a piece of paper and attempted to conceal it.  Detention officer located the piece of paper which contained Heroin. Suspect stated that he was looking for a piece of paper which had numbers on it.  Suspect admitted to person reporting that he brought in the Heroin.  Suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 8:40am and 2:40pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above address.  Entry was gained through a rear door which was pulled off the frame.  Total estimated value of damage $1600.00.  Once inside the above listed items were taken. Case still pending further.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 7:45am and 4:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized forced entry into the above location.  Entry was gained by kicking in the rear door.  Once inside the above listed items were taken.  Total estimated value of damage $300.00.  Case still pending investigation.

Stolen: Prescription Medication ( Premarin cream)

Sometime between 5:00pm and 6:00pm on October 19, 2012 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry to the above residence and stole the above items. No signs of forced entry were found.

The above listed stole item was valued at about $49.00
