On 10/4/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. The mail clerk located a letter which was sent to the above suspect. Inside the letter/card were 10 orange strips of Suboxone. Suspect stated that he is a heroin user and that he was not expecting any mail. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center on the new charges.

Location: residence off of Taylor Loop, Santa Fe, NM (off of East Frontage Rd.)
On 10/4/12 at about 3:08pm, the alarm went off at the above address. Upon my arrival the screen to the screen door was damaged and there was damage to the front door to the residence. Victim stated that 3 jewelry boxes with miscellaneous jewelry, photos and pins were taken. A key to the residence was also taken. Estimated value of the items taken is $9000.00. Estimated damage amount is $250.00.

Stolen/ Recovered: DVD movies, ladder, hedge trimmer 2 space heaters
Arrested: Andrew A Herrera, 21 years old Espanola NM
Victim reported that his residence had been burglarized sometime between 8:30an and 7:45pm on this date. Unlawfully entry was gained by the suspect removing the window screen and entering through the window. The above listed items were stolen and located in the area. Evidence at the scene led deputies to the suspect who was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $1000.00

Suspect: Anthony Trujillo, age 19, Chimayo, NM
Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Display of current registration
On 10/3/12 deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location in reference to an expired registration sticker. Upon contacting driver, he was pale and sweaty and had visible track markings. Foil, straws with brown residue were visible on the floorboard of the vehicle. Upon taking the driver out of the vehicle, a plastic baggy fell out of his pants. The baggy contained Heroin. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance
On 10/3/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to Adult Probation and Parole needing assistance. Deputy arrived on scene and the suspect was found in possession of a controlled substance to wit: Methamphetamine. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10/3/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a larceny. Victim stated that between 10/2/12 at 2000 hours and 10/3/12 at 1700 hours someone drove onto his property and stole 8 rotary drill bits. Victim stated that the estimated value of the items stolen is $3000.00.

On 10/3/12 at approximately 1:29 P.M Deputy was dispatched to 28 Camino Justicia the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to a narcotics violation. Suspect was going to receive a letter which contained 6 orange strips on the seal of the envelope suspected to be suboxone. The Mail Clerk found the letter in the mail room before the above suspect received it. Suspect was charged and re-booked into the Adult Detention Center.

Location: residence off of Cerro del Alamo, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 10/3/12 between 1130 and 12:06 hours an unidentified suspect(s) broke the window to the north door to the residence and stole miscellaneous pieces of jewelry, several VHS tapes, a cell phone from within. Victim was called by alarm company at about 1206 hours and was advised that the alarm was going off. Estimated damage amount is $200.00. Estimated value of items taken is $3879.00.

Location: residence off of North Camino Seco, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)
On 10/2/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 9/29/12 at 1500 hours and 9/30/12 at 1500 hours unknown persons gained entry into his unlocked shed and stole several power and garden tools from within. Estimated value of items taken is $2,125.00. No damage was done to the shed.

On 10/2/12 reporting party for a movie set stated that between 9/28/12 at 1700 hours and today's date at 0800 hours, unknown persons proceeded up to their set in the mountains and damaged and stole some movie equipment for some explosive scenes for the movie. Estimated damage amount is $12,840.00. Estimated value of the items taken is $3,400.00.
