Stolen: Brown Fur Jacket, two wool jackets, cashmere jacket, misc. bottles of wine.

Value: $4,400.00

On 10-1-2012, the victim reported someone entered her residence and removed the above items. There was an alarm activation on 09-28-12 at her residence and it is belived the incident took place at that time. The incident is under investigation. No signs of forced entry were located.

0212015484/ Battery Against a Household Member/ 10-02-12

Arrested: Kee Anderson age: 53

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Interference with Communications, and Criminal Damage to Property

On 10-02-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic. During the investigation of the incident it was learned the above individual battered a family member cauing minor injuries. The suspect had damage a bedroom door to get to the victim. When the victim attempted to call 911 the suspect took the phone and threw it across the room. The suspect was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 10-01-12 the victim reported someone stole 2 social security cards, 2 birh certificates, 5 gold bracelets, and 1 gold necklace taken from his residence. The victim believes a family member stole the above items. The jewelry was pawned in Albuquerque, NM

Location: Cottonwood Drive, Espanola NM (La Puebla Area)

Stolen: Sony PS3 Game station with controllers Valued at $499.99

Victim reports at the above location between the hours of 7:30am and 4:45pm unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the above location.  There were no signs of forced entry but a back door was found unsecured and wide open when victim arrived home.  Once suspect(s) were inside the above item was stolen.  Case still pending further investigation.

Victim's car was burglarized between 9:00am and 2:00pm on September 26, 2012. There was no forced entry and victim believes she may have left the car unlocked. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of this report.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location.  Entry was gained by cutting a screen to an open window.  Once suspect(s) were inside the above items were taken.  Estimated Value of Damage to Window $20.00.  Case still pending investigation.

Victim reports while on vacation she returned to find the above item missing from the above location.  The last time the victim saw the earrings was on July 16, 2012 and noticed they were gone on August 7, 2012.  Case still pending further investigation.

Case#:0212015350/DWI, Careless Driving/Date 09-29-2012

Deputy Assigned: Deputy B. Markley

Location: Hyde Park Road Mile Marker 7, Santa Fe, NM (Hyde Park Area)

Suspect: Robert Hayden 28 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI and Careless Driving

Above suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location where he lost control of his vehicle.  When deputies made contact with the above suspect he displayed signs of impairment.  Suspect admitted to consuming a beer earlier in the evening.  Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the above suspect displayed clues of impairment.  A breath test showed results of breath alcohol content of .11/.11.  Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges.

Victim:  Male:  35, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Elmer Cross, 43, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Criminal Sexual Contact, Aggravated Battery

On Sunday, September 30, 2012 at 2:31 AM the suspect placed his hand inside the victim's pants and fondled the victim's genitials.  The victim then pushed the suspect away and at that time the suspect bit the victim on the right forearm.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 10:30am and 5:30pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location by shattering a east facing window.   Once inside the above items were taken.  Total estimated value of damage $200.00. Case still pending further investigation.
