Victim reports the above suspect went to the above location demanding documents. Once the suspect was inside the residence he took the above listed items. Victim also indicated the suspect threatened to hurt her if she didn't provided him with his demands. Case still pending further investigation.

Victim reports at the above location between the dates of August 3, 2012 and August 5, 2012 the above listed items were taken after a maintenance worker came to the residence. Case still pending further investigation.

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the above location sometime between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm. Suspect(s) gained entry through a laundry room door by kicking it in. Once inside the above listed items were stolen. Damage to door was valued at $20.00. Case still pending further investigation.

On 9/18/12 between 1615 and 1730 hours, an unidentified suspect broke the right front window to victim's vehicle and stole a purse containing makeup and business cards. Victim stated that the purse was on the right front floorboard. Estimated value of the items taken is $150.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Julian Montoya was found to be in possession of a small amount of Cocaine after being booked into the facility for outstanding Bench Warrants. He was booked accordingly.

Victim reported that she was contacted by "American Sweepstakes" and had won $525,000.00. For the past two months, the victim had recieved installment checks from this company but then was advised to disburse monies to various people in San Jose, Costa Rica at the company's (American Sweepstakes) request . At this time, the victim is not out any monies but it is suspected that a finacial institution could have been defrauded. This case is currently under investigation and has also been reported to the Federal Goverment.
