Victim reported that some unknown person(s) used his credit card  number  during the month of August and charged several items. The charges were made in San Diego CA.  Victim was unsure how anyone had came into contact with his card number due to the fact that she still has it in his possession.

The above charges were valued at about $ 851.32

Victim reported to Deputy that between August 1, 2012 and August 16,2012 unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed items. Victim stated that that the home had been foreclosed on and the victim suspected the former owner. Case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Celina Ronquillo       Age: 28            Santa Fe, NM 

Deputies resonded to a motor vehicle crash in the area of S. Meadows and Agua Fria Street. While responding, Deputies were informed that the occupants in one of the vehicles involved was also involved in a larceny of metal. Upon Deputy arrival, they located one of the suspects hiding in a naer by yard. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reports the above item was taken from the above location sometime between the dates of August 19, 2012 at 8:00am and August 20, 2012 at 5:00pm.  Case still pending investigation.

On 8-19-12 Deputies responded to a report of an intoxicated female attempting to gain entry back into the establishment. Contact was made with the female who was belligerent and refused to comply with Deputy commands. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Victoria Nevarez 22 yrs old

Driver was found in the a parking lot at the above intersection and a welfare check conducted after reports of driving the wrong way onAgua Fria. She was administered SFST’s where he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

Case# 0212013033 Motor Vehicle Crash (Injury)

Vehicle:  Bronze, 2005, Yamaha, Motorcycle

Suspect:  Male, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Charges:  Pending

On Sunday, August 19, 2012 at 10:05 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location.  The vehicle skidded through the intersection, failing to stop for a posted stop sign.  The suspect then lost control of the vehicle and laid it down on its right side.  The vehicle then left the roadway on the right side and struck a cinder block wall.  The suspect was transported by Santa Fe County Fire Department Medic 61 to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was treated and admitted for life threatening injuries in critical and unstable condition.  No proof of insurance could be located for the vehicle.  The suspect does not possess a motorcycle endorsement on his New Mexico Driver's License.  The suspect was wearing a helmet.  Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash but speed does.
