Victim reported to Deputy that for the past ten years persons have been removing the listed items from within her home and shed. Victim stated the last incident occured two months ago when her hydrocodone was taken from inside the home. Case is under investigation.

Victim reports sometime between 10:00pm on 8/6/12 and 8:00am on this date his 1993 Nissan Sentra was entered by force by breaking passenger window and a pair of car stereo speakers were taken.  Also taken was the rear air spoiler from the outside deck lid.  Case is under investigation.

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member

On Monday, Auugust 6, 2012 at 11:53 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location.  The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim's nose with her hand.  The victim sustained no visible injury as a result of this incident.

On 08-05-2012, Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in regards to a Burglary. Upon arrival, contact was made with the victim who reported the above items stolen. The victim reported the incident occured between 10:30pm on 08-04-2012 and 11:00am on 08-05-2012. Suspects are pending at this time.

Victim reported to Deputies that she and her ex-boyfriend were involved in a physical dispute. Victim stated that she called law enforcement  for assistance and the suspect fled the area leaving a minor child alone. Suspect was located a short time later and arrested without incident. Suspect was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Michael Eickelman    Age: 48      Omaha, Nebraska

Vehicle: 1994 Chevrolet PK  white in color

Subject was observed by deputy following another vehicle to close as to pose a hazzard. Vehicle was stopped by deputy and contacted the driver. Driver displayed signs of  impairment. Deputy administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Subject was arrested and he refused to be chemically tested. Subject was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.
