On Monday, Auugust 6, 2012 at 11:53 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim's nose with her hand. The victim sustained no visible injury as a result of this incident.

The victim reported the incident occured between 10:30pm on 08-04-2012 and 11:00am on 08-05-2012. Suspects are pending at this time.

Victim reported to Deputies that she and her ex-boyfriend were involved in a physical dispute. Victim stated that she called law enforcement for assistance and the suspect fled the area leaving a minor child alone. Suspect was located a short time later and arrested without incident. Suspect was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Vehicle: 1994 Chevrolet PK white in color
Subject was observed by deputy following another vehicle to close as to pose a hazzard. Vehicle was stopped by deputy and contacted the driver. Driver displayed signs of impairment. Deputy administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Subject was arrested and he refused to be chemically tested. Subject was taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.
