Victim reports (2) vehicles, a 2011 Jeep and a 2010 Kia were entered without force at the same home and various documents, an I-pod and briefcase are reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Stolen: Black I-Pod touch with light blue case, Stereo face plate

Victim reported that sometime between 2300hrs and 0400hrs last night some unknown person burglarized his two vehicles well they were parked at his residence. Unlawful entry was made through the unlocked doors, and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $599.00.

Stolen: Black Magellan GPS

Victim reported that sometime between 0012hrs and 0600hrs some unknown person burglarized his vehicle as it was parked at his residence. Unlawful entry was made by unknown means and once inside the vehicle the above listed items were stolen valued at about $150.00.

Victim reports forced entry through convertable roof of 2003 Mitsubishi and a make-up bag containing make-up and misc. items.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Highway 599 Frontage Road/ Paseo De River, SF, NM

Suspect: Aleksandra Burdeyn 30 yoa female, Stockton, CA

 A 1991 Honda Accord was traveling southbound at the above location. Vehicle turned off it's headlamps, swerved off the road and turned on it's headlamps.  Contact was made with the above driver which driver was found to be intoxicated and placed under arrest.  Driver refused to submit to a breath test.  Driver was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location: 2800 block of NM State Rd 14 (Madrid Area)

Stolen: 39 Bracelets (Native American Bracelets)

Victim reported that on 2-1-12 a male subject entered her store in Madrid NM and stole 39 bracelets (Native American) from inside a jewelry case while she was in the back of the store. Suspect fled in a silver passenger car.

The above charges were valued at about $11,700.00

Items stolen: Electronic Gaming Systems, Digital Camera

Victim reported to Deputies that unknown persons made forced entry into the home and stole the listed items. Victim stated that he was away from the home between 1130am and 200pm. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 32" flat screen television, Wii game system with 20 games, headphones and an Ipod, action figures, misc. jewelry.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30 am and 3:00 pm on 2-1-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into her residence and stole the above stated items. Forced entry was made by shattered a bedroom window. Case is still under investigation.

The above listed items were valued at about $6,400.00

on a Grand Jury Indictment issued by the First Judicial District Court on the charges of

Shoplifting and Conspiracy.
