Vehicle:  Silver, 2007, Toyota, 2 door

Suspect:  Juan C. Gonzalez, 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Failure to Obey Signal

On Saturday, January 28, 2012 the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal prior to making a right turn.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached unless he is operating a vehicle equipped with an ignition interlock device.  The vehicle was not so equipped.

0212001400, Burglary, 1/26/12

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports sometime within the last 3 weeks, home under construction as well as shed was entered by force and several batteries and copper wire are reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

0212001337 Burglary (Residential) 1/25/2012

Stolen:  Samsung 52" Flat screen TV

Damaged: Damaged Door $900.000

Arrested : Audrey Wheeler 23 year old female

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a burglary in progress. Deputies located the suspect vehicle and arrested the above female suspect who was found in the area. A male suspect is still at large after fleeing the area. The above stolen items were recovered and returned to the victim.

The above listed stole item was valued at about $2449.00

02.12.001402 / Auto Burglary / Criminal Damaged to Property / Larceny / 01.26.2011

Stolen: Subwoofers in box, Stereo amp, snap on tool box, (4) four volleyballs

Victim reported that on above date, between 1:00 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. someone unlawfully gained forced entry and removed the above stated items from a 2012 Chevrolet Suburban. Suspects are pending further investigation.

The above items stolen were valued at about $3,060.00

Case#: 0212001414/ Identity Theft/ Date: 01/26/12

Location:  residence off of Avenida de Garcia, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)

On 1/26/12 victim stated that she received a call from the Department of Labor advising that an unknown person is using her name, date of birth and social security number in Oklahoma.  Victim stated that she applied for unemployment but cannot receive any checks  due to someone else using her information.  Victim stated that she has never been to Oklahoma and has never worked there.  It is unknown how the suspect received victim's information.  Victim also stated that she received a letter from IRS advising that she owes them back taxes but IRS did not give her any further information.

Case#: 0212001430/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 0126/12

Location:  residence off of Upper Pond Road, Santa Fe, NM (Hondo Hills area)

On 1/26/12  victim said that some time between 10:00am December 24, 2011 and 6:00pm January 24, 2012 that an unknown  suspect broke into her residence and stole several pieces of silver jewelry and 2 gate access remotes.   Victim stated that there was no forced entry into her residence and does not know where entry was gained through.  Estimated value of items taken is $600.00.

 

0212001397 Burglary 1/26/2012

Location: Silver Buckle Rd (Oshara Village area) Santa Fe NM

Stolen:  47" Toshiba flat screen, 32' Samsung flat screen.  

Victim reported that Sometime Between Tuesday January 24, 2012, 1900 hrs and Thursday January 26, 2012, 0738 hrs the above stated residence was burglarized. Suspect entered the residence by kicking the front door open. After gaining entry suspect took two televisions. The televisions were entered into NCIC. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $1000.00
