Case# 0212001330 Aggravated Assult Against a Household Member

Deputy Assigned:  Deputy Joann Pacheco

Commander Entering:  Lieutenant Joe McLaughlin

Location:  6100 Block of Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim:  Female, 41, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Male , 44, Santa Fe, NM

On Saturday, January 21, 2012, the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location when the suspect pointed a 9MM pistol at the victim's head.  The suspect then struck the victim on the head with the pistol.  The suspect and victim are boyfriend and girlfriend .  The victim required no medical attention.  The suspect's whereabouts are unknown at this time.

Case#: 0212001322/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 1/24/12

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Roy Arndt

Commander entering:  Lt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  residence off of Cowboy Lane, Espanola, NM (Arroyo Seco)

ON 1/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 0830 and 1230 hours unknown persons unlawfully entered her residence through an unsecured back door.  Victim stated unknown persons took an Xbox, a controller, and 1 DVD.  Estimated value of items taken is $325.00.  No damage was done to the residence.

Case#: 0212001318/ Battery on a Peace Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer/ Date: 1/24/12

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Richard Hilderbrandt

Commannder entering:  Lt. Linda Ortiz

Location:  3478 Zafarano Drive, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Adrianna Gatt, age 21, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  2 counts of Battery on a Peace Officer, 2 counts of Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

On 1-24-12, deputies were dispatched to Blue Corn Café reference to assisting a victim on a battery which occurred earlier.   Suspect had called her mother to meet her in order to obtain items for her small child and planned to meet at Blue Corn Café. Units arrived to meet victim at Blue Corn, but the suspect saw the units and left the area.

A short time later another meeting was arranged at Burger King on Zafarano. One officer was in the area on foot and after having visual contact with the suspect attempted to place her under arrest.  Other units arrived to make contact with the suspect. Suspect then began to physically fight with deputies and was taken into custody.  Suspect continued to fight and kick deputies on their legs.  Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Case#: 0212001311/ Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Battery on a household member/ Date: 1/24/12

Location:  4001 Calle Lucia, Santa Fe, NM (off of Airport Rd.)

Suspect:  Adrianna Gatt, age 21, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  Abandonment or Abuse of a Child, Battery on a household member

On 1-24-12, deputies were dispatched to the McDonalds on Airport Road reference to a domestic dispute. Victim stated that she was having lunch with her daughter (suspect) and granddaughter (1 year old) when her daugher became concerned about her prescriptions and became argumentative while in the business. She stated that her daughter then wanted her cell phone charger from the vehicle so the victim stated she began to walk to her vehicle with her granddaughter to retrieve the charger when the suspect began to attack her and did not want her holding the child. She stated that her daughter grabbed the child from her arms and then placed the child on the ground near the front door of the business and then continued to attack her as she was calling 911. The suspect then picked up the child and ran into McDonalds and ran out the emergency exit. The area was checked and she was located later and arrested.

Location:  residence off of La Posta Way, Santa Fe, NM (off of Old Santa Fe Trail)

On 1/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 1/16/12 and 1/21/12 unknown suspects took 2 chainsaws, 1 compressor, and a hammer from his shed that was unsecured.  Estimated value of items is $2400.00.

Case#: 0212001302/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 1/24/12

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Nicole Romero

Location:  residence off of Chapala Road, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 1/24/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  jVictim stated that she parked her vehicle at 1000 hours and returned at 1200 hours to find the right rear window damaged.  Victim stated that the suspects took her purse which contained identification cards, $20 cash and a credit card.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.  Estimated value of items taken is $20.00.

0212001239 Battery Against a Household Member

Deputy assigned: Shannon Coles

Commander entering: Cpl. Fred Suazo

Location: Jemez Road (Airport Road Area)

Arrested: Gustavo Gallegos 30 year old male, Santa Fe NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail after it was discovered that he had battered the suspect.

Case#:0212001272/Residential Burglary, Larceny/Date: 01-23-2012

Location: 100 Block of Vereda de Valencia, SF, NM (Airport Road Area)

Stolen: Black 20 inch Flat Screen TV, Misc. Jewelry, Apple I-Pod, and Direct TV box Total Estimated Value: $610.00

Suspect: Unknown

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 11:40am and 9:30pm unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry through a west facing unlocked window in the master bedroom.  Once inside the above items were stolen.  Case still pending investigation.

Case#: 0212001261/ Identity Theft, Forgery of a credit card/ Date: 01/23/12

Location:  residence off of Brazos Court, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)

On 1/23/12 deputy was advised to contact the victim in reference to an identity theft.  Victim stated that she received 2 letters in the mail one from Td Bank card services advising that her credit card application was denied.  The other was from Seventh Avenue card services with 2 purchases totalling an amount of $685.93.  Victim stated that the Seventh Avenue card services advised that the suspects paid an amount of $599.98 and leaving a balance of $85.95.  Victim stated that she cancelled both cards and both companies were going to follow up.

Case#: 0212001260/ Battery against a household member/ Date: 01/23/12

Location:  4650 Airport Road, Santa Fe, NM (Casitas MHP)

Suspect:  Cesar Montijo, age 42, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery against a household member

On 1/23/12  victim and suspect got into a verbal argument because suspect was jealous that victim has kids with other men. Suspect pushed victim causing her to fall to the floor and punched the victim with a closed fist on the right side of her face. Their six year old child tried to break them up and that is when suspect fled the scene. Suspect was located at his Gunnison address, arrested, transported and booked into ADC.  Victim had redness to the right side of her face.
