Suspect: Jeff Huska, age 44, Cerrillos NM.
On above date, deputies were dispatched to an aggravated assault incident at the above location. Victim stated that the suspect went to his residence and fired several shot from a rifle at him. Victim stated that he saw the suspect walking up the roadway towards his residence armed with a rifle. Suspect then fled the area on foot. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with no finding. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Stolen: 36" Flat Screen TV, two diamond pendants, apple laptop, silver necklace, misc. rings and a martin electric guitar.
On the above date, between 12:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. victim reported unknown suspect(s) unlawful gained entry to the above stated address. Once inside the residence, suspect(s) unlawfully removed the above items. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Arrested: Russell Smith 50 years old
Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver admitted to taking prescription medication .SFST's were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest for DUI and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported that on 1/18/12 he lent his vehicle to a roommate who has yet to return the car. The vehicle has not been entered into NCIC due to the victim unable to locate license plate or VIN number information. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 4:00am on 1-21-12 and 1:00pm on 1-22-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into his residence by unknown means and stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

On 1/20/12 deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe Police Dept in reference to a identity theft. Victim explained he received a W-2 form in the mail. Victim explained he has never worked before because of how young he is. Victim explained he had applied with Hospitality Staffing Solutions in the summer of 2011 but had never worked for them. Unable to make contact with the provided numbers at the time of the report.

Location: residence off of Coyote Pass, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo)
On 1-20-12, deputy was dispatched to the above address in reference to a burglary. Victim advised she is in the process of moving out. Victim stated she was last at the home on Jan 17th and left at six in the evening. Victim stated that today the property manager came to the house and noticed the living room window to be damaged, the blinds in the living room were also damaged and a door and window unlocked. Victim noticed a 46" flatscreen TV , a Playstation 3 console and 20 Playstation 3 games missing. It appears that entry was made through a side window and suspects exited out the back sliding door in the rear of the home. Estimated value of items taken is $2900.00. Estimated damage amount is $1540.00.

On above date, victim reports that between 8:00 a.m. and 11:48 a.m. suspect unlawfully busted (4) four double pane windows to her residence. Victim believes that the suspect is possibly a family member who she has been having problems with. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with no findings.
Suspect is pending further investigation.

Arrested: John Guillen
On 1-22-12, 54 year old John Guillen was stopped for a traffic violation on US 84/285. He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license and found in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was arrested and booked according at the Santa Fe County jail.
