Location: 10 Ramada Way West (Valle Vista area)

Stolen: Ipod, four credit cards, misc. jewelry, oxycodone

Victim reported that sometime between 1:45pm and 3:20pm on 1-18-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the front door of her residence by kicking the door open. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

The above listed items were valued at about $4020.00

0212000958 Death Investigation 1-18-2012

Location: Valle Duran (Pojoaque area) NM

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (adult male) was found unresponsive by a family member. At this time there did not appear to be any signs of foul play. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

On 1/17/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that between 0720 and 1900 hours unknown persons gained forced entry by throwing a rock through a rear bedroom window.  Victim stated that suspects took 15 Victoria Secret Bras and 40 pairs of Victoria Secret underwear.  Estimated value of items taken is $1500.00.  Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

Suspect:  Edgar Omar Ordonez-Chavez, age 27, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  2 warrants out of the First Judicial District Court for Commercial Burglary and Larceny on one and the Second for Criminal Damage to Property, Commercial Burglary, Larceny,  Auto Burglary, and Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

On 1/17/12 deputy served 2 warrants on the above suspect at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  The warrants are out of the First Judicial District Court for Commercial Burglary and Larceny on one and the Second for Criminal Damage to Property, Commercial Burglary, Larceny, Auto Burglary, and Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.  Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/17/12 deputy served a copy of the warrant on the suspect out of the First Judicial District Court for Armed Robbery at the Santa Fe County Adult Center.  The suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/17/12 deputy responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and served a warrant on the suspect.  The warrant was out of Tesuque Tribal Court for failure to appear and contempt of court.  The suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  200 block of Santa Fe County Road 84. Santa Fe, NM (Jacona)

On 1-17-12, deputies were  dispatched to the above address reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, the residence had been cleared and no suspects were located inside.  Victim stated he had left for work at 10am and returned at 345pm.  Victim noticed his front door open and could hear noises coming from inside of the house. Victim ran to neighbors to call police.  Victim noticed that suspects took 4 Playstation 2 games and misc. DVD's.  Several music CD's were found in the back near the arroyo.  There were no signs of forced entry.  Estimated value of items taken is $1000.00.

On January 17, 2012 the above suspect was taken into custody at the above location

on a warrant issued by the First District Judicial Court for Failure to Comply on the

original charges of Agg. Battery and Driving on a Revoked/Suspended License.

Suspect: Pending

Victim reports he was alerted by his bank on the above date in reference to a suspicious out of state transaction on his Visa credit card in Maplewood, Missouri. The transaction to place on January 16, 2012. Victim reports that the suspect charged $195.87 to his credit card that he is in possession of. At this time it is unknown who has been using the victims credit card. Case is still under investigation.

Fred Suazo Location: Calle Larranaga (Agua Fria Area) Santa Fe Stolen: Large oxygen welding tank, Large acetylene welding tank, 2 Victor gauges, Aluminum cart (4x5FT) with orange strap, Victor cutting torch Victim reported that the above items were stolen from his front yard sometime between Sunday, January 15, 2012 at 18:30 and Monday, January 16, 2012 at 06:30. Tracks were located on a dirt pathway off of Rufina west of Calle Atajo and were identified by the victim as possibly belonging to his stolen cart. The above stolen items were valued at about $2600.00
