0212000813 Burglary 1-14-11

Location: 6151 Airport Road #263 (Country Club Gardens MHP)

Stolen: 32" Emerson TV, misc jewelry 

Victim reported that sometime between 10:00am and 6:00pm on 1-14-12 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's house and took the above items. Suspects pried a rear west facing door open with an unknown object to gain entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

The above listed item was valued at about $1600.00

Location: 02 Vista Del Monte (Allsups Hwy 14/ SR 599)

Arrested: Jose Villegas-Rodriguez

Suspect was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the Allsups. It was revealed that the suspect was driving on a suspended revoked. He was arrested and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 2 Pad locks and latches 

Victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm on 1-13-12 and 7:00am on 1-14-12 unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim's garage and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the garage. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Stolen: Wells Fargo checks, Evo Cell phone, Radar Detector, Makita Drill, Tool Box misc. with misc. hand tools, 10" portable DVD player

Victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm and 7:00 pm on 1/14/12 an unknown person gained unauthorized entry into his vehicle through an unlocked driver door. The suspect stole the above reported items. No damage was reported to the vehicle.

Location: State Road 475 mile marker 5-6 (Hyde Park area) Santa Fe NM

On 1-14-11 Victim Adam Alexander reported that while traveling west on State Road 475 near mile marker 5-6 he was involved in a road rage incident with a blue in color Subaru Forester. Both parties pulled over to the side of the road when the driver of the Subaru pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at the victim ordering him to back off. Investigation is still pending.

Arrested: Alicia Quintana, age 28, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were conducting an eviction at the above location, suspect fled out a back bedroom window. Suspect also took two small children outside with her. Suspect was located hiding nearby, behind a dumpster with her two small children without jackets, one child had no shirt on, and the other was barefoot. Suspect was arrested for child abuse, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, and an outstanding warrant. CYFD obtained custody of the two small children. Suspect was transported and booked into The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  State Road 333, Mile Marker 21, Edgewood, NM

Vehicle:  Blue, 2003, Dodge, Durango

Suspect:  Danielle Dominguez, 22, Albuquerque, NM

Charged:  DWI, Concealing Identity, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked,

                   Warrant - Failure to Appear

On January 14, 2012 at 1:06 AM the suspect was observed sitting in the vehicle on the shoulder of the roadway, at the location, with the enigine on and the lights off.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect provided a false name.  The suspect's New Mexico driver's license is suspended.  A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that 2nd Judicial District Judge Charles Brown had issued a Warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear.

Location:  3875 Cerrillos Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Peter Alarid, age 33, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI 4th or Subsequent, Driving on a suspended-revoked driver's license, Reckless Driving

On above date deputy observed vehicle on Cerrillos Road traveling southwest unable to maintain its lane of travel.  Deputy initiated a traffic stop in which vehicle crossed 3 lanes of traffic and almost struck several vehicles.  Vehicle came to a stop in the parking lot at above location.  Contact was made with the driver who showed signs of impairment.  SFST's were administered and showed signs of impairment.  Driver admitted to taking his prescribed medication.  Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent and agreed to a blood test.  Suspects license revealed the license was revoked with the arrest clause.  Suspects license was also expired.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Stolen: 10 inch Speaker Estimated value: $10.00

Suspect: Unknown

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 1945 and 2000 four unknown suspects threw rocks at this residence.  Victim explained suspects left on foot when confronted.  Victim's rear window was damaged causing $100.00 in damage.  Victim reports the above item was missing from an unlocked shed.  Case still under investigation.

Above individual was found to have an active warrant out of Sacramento California Dept. of Corrections at the above location.  Above indivdual was placed under arrest for the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
