On 1-7-12, Deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute at the above stated address. 22 yr old Joseph Lopez was found to be providing alcoholic beverages to his 17 year old girlfriend. He was arrested for Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Jail.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a welfare check. Neighbors had not seen the 81 year victim in three days. The victim was found unresponsive by Deputies within the residence. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

On 01/07/2012 at approximately 12:17a.m. the above subject's vehicle, a 2003 blue in color Dodge Neon was stopped after the vehicle was observed failing to stop for a posted stop sign at the above listed location. He was found to be intoxicated and in possession of marijuana. He was arrested accordingly.

On this date of report, deputy's were sent to domestic violence call at above listed location. At approximately 2230 hours this date of report, Above listed victim reported her boyfriend was drinking excessively (Alcoholic beverages) and became very irate.Victim reported when she called for law enforcement, suspect struck her with an open hand to her face or left eye area. Suspect was arrested and booked for domestic charges and reported for violation of probation. for further information see oroginal case report.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, VICTIM REPORTED THAT BETWEEN 1600 HOURS AND 2030 HOURS UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) USED SOME TYPE OF TOOL AND PRYED OPEN BACK DOOR. SUSPECTS THEN REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS AND FLEED THE AREA. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

On 1/6/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic. Victim stated that he could hear items being broken inside the residence. Victim stated that suspect was breaking the cabinets in the kitchen and damaged the toilet in the bathroom. Deputy then arrested suspect and the suspect then spit on the victim. Estimated damage amount is $350.00.`

On 1/6/12 deputy proceeded over to the above location and served the bench warrant on the above suspect due to him failing to comply with conditions of release from the Santa Fe Electronic Monitoring Program. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 1-6-12, deputy was dispatched to the above address. Victim stated she had received her Capital One Master Card bill in the mail today and noticed the above charge that she did not make on the bill. Upon calling the credit card company, it was determined that the charge was for a Sony laptop computer and the charge was made on 12-2-11 to Walmart.com. Victim stated that the credit card company advised the delivery was made to an address in Santa Fe. The charge was for $853.57.

On 1-5-12, 15 year old victim reported that after being caught doing marijuana and prescription drugs his step father was very angry with him and threw him down on the ground and struck him several times. There was no evidence of injury. Case is still under investigation and CYFD was notified.
