Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect had left his two small children alone at the residence unattended. Spouse arrived home to find children home alone. Suspect arrived home intoxicated and got into a verbal argument with his spouse, suspect armed himself with a rifle and fired shots into the air to scare her. Suspect also took the victims cellular phone and damaged it, he kicked the front door in causing damage to their property. Suspect was taken into custody on the above charges. He was transported to The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked.

Arrested: Gabriel Paz Ramirez-Camacho, age 32, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to over (60) Sixty 911 calls at the above location. Suspect was warned that 911 is for emergencies only. Subject was also highly intoxicated, he stated that he was trying to locate his ex-girlfriends, and he continued to call 911. He was taken into custody for the above charges. He was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. While booking the subject at The Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center, he became combative and kicked a Deputy, and two Corrections Officers.

The above listed subject was arrested on an active Bench Warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken into custody without incident. Subject was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reported to Deputy while traveling through Santa Fe,NM he used his credit card to purchase items at a business. Victim stated that his credit card is now being used at the same location for additional charges. Victim states he is in possession of the card. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy sometime during the night time hours of 12-23-2011, unknown persons gained entry into his unlocked vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is still under investigation.

On this date of report between the hours of 2200 hours and 0240 hours, deputies were sent to above listed location due to citizen complaints that lights were seen going off and on and the people that live there are out of town. Investigation found where someone broke into the above listed residence. Upon observation, the residence was completely ransacked and several items were thrown all over the floor. Footprints were recovered and the scene was photographed. It is believe suspect gained entry through a rear window that was broken and exit was through the located side door. Case is under investigation at this time.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF NORTH SIERRA PLACE, SANTA FE AREA
ARRESTED: ALEJANDRO CORIZ, 24 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: ASSAULT AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMEBR, CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, $3.00.00 VALUE
On the above date the suspect and victim got into an argument about who should be on what side of the bed. Suspect got angry and started to throw things around the bedroom. Suspect hit the fichtank with a glass object. Suspect got more agitated when the glassobject did not break. Suspect then got up and punched the fish tank causeing it to break. Suspect ended up with multiple lacerations to his right hand from the broken glass from the fish tank. Suspect then went to the St. Vincent's Hospital where he was treated for his injuries. Suspect had been drinking prior to this incident. Suspect and victim had been arguing all day on Saturday, December 24, 2011. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into ADC without incident.

LOCATION: US 84-285 AND STATE ROAD 106, LA PUEBLA AREA
SUSPECT: PENDING
CHARGES: PENDING
Victim was travelling south on US 84/285 when a white in color van with a ladder on top swerved towards her vehicle. She moved over to avoid getting hit. The white van continued to do this. Victim moved into the right turn lane at the intersection of US 84/285 and State Road 106 to turn right onto State Road 399 in order to allow the white van to pass. After the victim stopped the white van stopped right next to her. The driver, a Hispanic male with black curley hair with some grey hair, a mustache, glasses, light skin, got out of the vehicle and started moving towards the victim. The victim's son yelled for her to drive off. The victim began driving off and heard what she thought was a gun shot. The white van continued to follow victim. Victim was weaving in and out of traffic to try to get away. Victim lost sight of the white van somewhere in the area of US 84/285 and State Road 503. Victim was unable to get a license plate to the white van. Victim thought the white van may have been a Chevy. Victim advised she did not know the driver of the white van. Case is under investigation aqt this time.
