CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE AND RESISTING OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER
On 12/24/2011 at 9:20 PM a welfare check was conducted on Pietrocci's truck after he was reported to be passed out inside of the truck. Pietrocci displayed signs of impairment, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and I smelled an odor of an intoxicating beverage emitting off of his expelled breath. Pietrocci also had dilated pupils, fast pulse and was grinding his teeth. Pietrocci denied consuming any alcoholic beverages, prescription medication or illicit substances. Pietrocci was found in possession of an open whiskey bottle. Pietrocci during the field sobriety tests displayed signs of impairment. While trying to arrest Pietrocci, he pulled away refusing to be handcuffed. Pietrocci after being arrested, he was then requested to submit to a breath test, at which time he verbally refused to submit to chemical testing.

ARRESTED: MARCELLA JARAMILLO, 33 YOA FEMALE, LA PUEBLA AREA
CHARGES: ASSAULT AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIMS CALLED A REPORTED THAT SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WAS THROWING ITEMS AROUND THE HOUSE. VICTIMS REPORTED THAT SUSPECT WAS THEN PUNCHING THE WALLS AND THEY HAD TO HOLD HER DOWN TO KEEP HER FROM HURTING PEOPLE AND HER SELF. DEPUTYS COMPLETED INVESTIGATION AND ARRESTED SUSPECT ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT AND THEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE SHE WAS BOOKED.

On the above date, victim report that between 12.14.2011 and 12.18.2011 unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) removed the above stated items. This case is pending further investigation.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 993.00

The above listed subject surrendered himself to The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office and was taken into custody on an active Felony Bench Warrant. Subject was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED FAILING TO TO STOP AT POSTED STOP SIGN. SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND ADVISED THE REASON FOR THE TRAFFIC STOP AND HE STATED THE ROAD WAS TO ICY. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND SHOWED SIGNS OF IMPAIRMENT. SUSPECT REFUSED BREATH TESTING. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
