On the above date, victim report that between 8:00 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. unknown suspect(s) unlawfully gained entry into the above stated address. Once inside the unknown suspect(s) were interrupted by the victims son arriving home. Victim called for assistance, suspect fled the area prior to law enforcement arrival. Suspect damaged cabinets in the kitchen. This case is pending further investigation.

The above listed damaged items were valued at about $ 50.00

Arrested: Gary Haft, age 60, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. Suspect was involved in a verbal argument that turned physical with the victim/household member. During the argument suspect grabbed victims wrist and arm in an attempt to prevent the victim from placing a phone call for help. He was taken into custody and booked for Battery against a household member and Interference with Communications.

    On 12-12-2011 between the hours of 11:20pm and 11:55pm unknown suspect(s) stole four 20" crome wheels and tires off a Chevrolet Blazer parked in the parking lot of the Cedar Creek Apartments located off Airport Road.

Location: Residence on Camino Tres Arroyos off West Alameda

Items stolen: Lap top computer misc. video game equipment.  Total value of $1,616.00.

Item damaged: window valued at $400.00.

    On 12-12-2011 at approximately 1:46pm two unidentified male suspects were observed by a neighbor breaking into a residence on Camino Tres Arroyos.  The suspects forced entry into the home and stole the above listed items.  They were seen leaving the area in a white in color passenger vehicle, possibly a Ford.

Location: Residence on Rancho Las Lagunas, Northern Santa Fe County

    On 12-12-2011 Deputies responded to a residence on Rancho Las Lagunas in reference to a 63-year-old male who was found deceased in his residence by a family member.  The investigation revealed no signs of foul play and the death appeared to be from natural causes.
