On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (73 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Suspect: Daniel Nieto Age: 31 Edgewood NM
Deputies responded to Domestic Dispute on Estrella Vista Dr. in Edgewood and discovered that Daniel Nieto had battered a household member causing minor injury. Nieto also damaged the cieling and floor tiles in the home. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Charged: DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic
On December 9, 2011 at 8:21 PM Martin was operating the vehicle north at the location when he traveled straight in a mandatory right turn lane. Martin was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

Location: residence off of Paseo los Pereas, Santa Fe, NM (La Cienega)
On 12/9/11 deputies responded to a burglary at the above residence. Victim stated that forced entry was through the rear window of the residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects broke the window with an unknown object. Victim stated that several power tools were taken. Estimated value of the items taken were $2,880.00. Victim stated that this occurred between 1430 and 2000 hours on todays date. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 12/8/11 deputy responded to the Santa Fe Police Department in reference to a identity theft. Victim stated that her probation officer had called her and stated that someone was booked under her name and date of birth. Victim stated that the probation officer showed her the photo and she stated that it was a friend of hers. Victim stated that she needed to file a report to clear her name from the recent incident.
