Victim reports on the above date at the above location unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a unlocked shed. Once inside the above items were stolen. Victim indicated the burglary may have happened sometime between the dates of Friday, December 2, 2011 to present date. Victim also reported a fence was cut on the southeast end of the property. Case still under investigation.

Victim reports his 24 yoa ex-girlfriend stole the above vehicle sometime on December 1, 2011. Victim indicated his landlord called him to notify him of seeing the ex-girlfriend drive out of the above location with the above vehicle. Case still under investigation.

Victim reports of last using the above wood splitter on Wednesday, November 3, 2011 around 1400 hours. Victim didn't notice the wood splitter missing until Saturday, December 3, 2011. After the victim noticed the wood splitter missing, found the above chainsaw was also gone. Case still under investigation.

ARRESTED: JESUS M. ALVIDREZ, 33 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: TRAFFICKING COCAINE, AGGRAVATED DWI, NEGLIGENT USE OF A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA, BATTERY AGAISNT A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, ASSAULT AGAISNT A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER INTERFERENCE WITH COMMUNICATIONS AND SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS
Deputies were dispatched to Morningside Drive in regards to a domestic violence disturbance. Dispatch stated the suspect fled the area in a red in color Chevy Truck. While en route, Deputies located the suspect vehicle at the Shell Gas Station on Airport Road.. The suspect, identified as Jesus Alvidrez was placed under arrest for a warrant and DWI. While Deputies were doing an inventory log on the vehicle, they located a Smith and Wesson 40 caliber handgun, an Interstate Arms MAK-90 laying on the floor board of the rear seat. Deputes also located a Vans shoebox which contained several packaging bags, 3 weighing scales, a palm pilot, and 2 large clear bags of a white powdery substance which tested positive for cocaine. Deputies also located a Liquid Wrench can and a WD40 can. The bottom portion of the cans unscrewed where Deputies located several individually bags of a white powdery substance. Jesus denied having knowledge of the items in his vehicle and claimed his girlfriend set him up. Investigation showed where Jesus also had battered his girlfreind and assaulted her. Jesus also took her cell phone to keep her calling for police to help her. Jesus was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Detention Facility. Also located in Jesus' possession was $233.00 cash. The money, firearms, and bags of white powdery substance were placed into evidence.

On 12-05-2011at 3:31am Deputies responded to a report of an unconscious 79-year-old male found by his son at their residence. The male was found to be deceased upon arrival. No signs of foul play were discovered. The male suffered from several medical conditions.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM STATED THAT BETWEEN 2:30 PM AND AND 8:39 PM SOMEONE HAD ENTERED HER HOUSE THROUGH AN UNLOCKED REAR DOOR AND REMOVED $3,250.00 WORTH OF JEWELRY AND THE TV. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
