Suspect #1:  Unknown Hispanic Male

Suspect #2:  Unknown Hispanic Male

Suspect #3:  Unknown Caucasian Female

On November 29, 2011, between 6:45 PM and 7:02 PM, Suspects #1 - #1 utilizingf unknown means, gained entry to a residence at the location  by foorcing open the rear door.  Once entry was gained, Suspects #1 - #3 removed two TVs, a satellite receiver and miscellaneous clothing.

0211017493 / Burglary / 11-28-2011

Location: 4600 Block Airport Road      Santa Fe,NM

Items Stolen: Car Stereo

Victim reported to Deputies that unknown persons broke the window to her vehicle and stole the listed item. Victim stated that the incident took place between 7:40am and 830am on November 28,2011. Case is still under investigation.

Case#: 0211017513/ Burglary, Larceny/ Date: 11/28/11

Location:  residence off of West Old Agua Fria Road, (off of Old Pecos Trail)

On 11/28/11 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary.  Victim stated that sometime between 1/1/11 and 10/3/11 someone entered his unlocked storage shed and stole 8 custom Indian rugs, a chainsaw, rakes, shovels, hedge trimmers, a Makita table saw, grinder, shopvac, misc. hand tools and misc construction tools.  Estimated value of items taken is $10,050.00.

Case#: 0211017505/ Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property/ Date: 11/28/11

Deputy assigned:  Deputy Brian Brandle

Location:  51 Firehouse Road, Espanola, NM

On 11/28/11 deputies were dispatched to Santa Fe County in reference to a larceny that occurred at the above location.  Complainant stated that he was notified by another Santa Fe County Employee that the graffiti camera was stolen from the La Puebla Park.  Complainant stated the camera was mounted on a large wooden pole that was cut down by unknown suspects and then removed.  A steel barrier cable that was located near the pole and camera was also cut by the suspects.  The camera was stolen sometime between November 21, 2011 and today November 28, 2011.  Estimated value of the camera is about $6500.00.  Estimated damage amount is pending.

Victim reported to Sheriffs Deputy that between November 26th,2011 at 12:00 pm and  November 27th,2011 at 11:50 am, Unknown persons gained entry into the home by breaking a window. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the listed item. Case is still under investigation.

Case#0211017485 / Battery against a household member, False imprisonment, Interference with communications / 11-27-11

Deputy assigned: D. Romero

Location: residence on State Road 503, Nambe area of Santa Fe County

Arrested: Stanley Labelle, 61-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

    On 11-27-2011 Deputies responded to a 911 hang up call at a residence on State Road 503.  Upon arrival contact was made with Mr. Labelle and his girlfriend.  The investigation revealed Mr. Labelle and his girlfriend were involved in an altercation.  During the altercation Mr. Labelle battered his girlfriend, prevented her from making a call for help to 911 and held her against her will. He was arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Case#0211017465 / DWI, Driving on a Revoked License. Roadways Laned for Traffic / 11-27-2011

Location: Airport Road and Calle Lucia

Arrested: James Duran, 27-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

Vehicle: 2008 Mitsubishi Raider truck, silver in color

    On 11/27/2011 at about 1:41am Mr. Duran's truck was observed traveling eastbound on Airport Road swearving in and out of the lane of travel.  A traffic stop was conducted on the truck as it pulled onto Calle Lucia and contact was made with the driver, Mr. Duran.  He was found to be intoxicated and driving on a revoked driver's license.  He was arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

CASE 0211017463 / BURGLARY - LARCENY - CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - RECIEVING STOLEN PROPERTY - CONCEALING IDENTITY / 11-27-20

DEPUTY ASSIGNED:  DEPUTY SHANE HERNANDEZ

COMMANDER:  SGT. CLIFTON L. COLEMAN

LOCATION:  100 BLOCK OF CAMINO CAPILLA VIEJA, LA CIENEGA AREA

ARRESTED:  MATHEW A. CORDOVA, 20 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  BURGLARY - LARCENY - CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY - RECIEVING STOLEN PROPERTY - CONCEALING IDENTITY

Deputies were dispatched to a loud under age party at approximately 2318 hours. While Deputies were clearing the residence a male subject knocked on the rear door. The male subject, initially concealed his identified, entered the residence and had blood on his right knuckle. While performing a Terry Frisk, Deputies noticed a large object in the left pant leg of the male's jeans. Deputies asked the male subject what was concealed in his pant leg in which he stated a picture. The male subject asked to retrieve the item from his pant leg, upon retrieving the item, it was discovered to be a black HP Notebook. Deputies ran the serial number through dispatch and the item came back clear. Deputies also located a blue Ipod Shuffle in the male subject's right pocket. While still on scene, Deputies were approached by a female, stated her residence next door had been burglarized. Victim stated a black HP Notebook and an Ipod shuffle had been taken from her residence. Victim also stated the front window to her residence, as well as the screen around the front porch had been damaged.Victim was able to identify the HP Notebook as belonging to her as well as the Ipod Shuffle. Suspect then identified himself under another name. The male subect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center. While at the ADC, the Detention staff was able to identify the male subject listed above. Suspect was booked on above listed charges.

02.11.017381 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal damage to property / 11.24.2011

Location: 49 Rancho Las Lagunas, Santa Fe, 87506 (Nambe)

Suspects: Matthew Gomez 21 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

                   Jeremy Lujan 21 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Stolen: Dell laptop, jewelry, rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants.

On the above date, victim report that between 9:30 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. suspects unlawfully gained forced entry into the above stated address. Once inside the suspects removed the above stated items. Suspects were located and taken into custody.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $ 8,000.00

0211017440, Death Investigation, 11/26/11

Location:  28 Camino Justica  Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center

Deputies responded to report of unresponsive 38 yr old male inmate.  Detention Center staff report male subject found in his bed with no signs of life. Male subject had no signs of trauma and a medical history of seizures.  No foul play suspected.  Case is under investigation.
