Victim reported while attending Sunday mass, between the hours of 10:00am and 1130am unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the church parking lot and stole the listed items. Case is still under investigation.

Suspect: Bonnie Marquez, age 54, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Agg. Assault on a household member, Battery on a household member, Criminal Damage to Property on household member
Suspect accused victim of having an affair. When victim didn't acknowledge he was having an affair suspect became very upset and threw a phone at him. Victim wasn't hit by the phone and went into his office and closed the door. Suspect went into victim's office and grabbed his watches off a shelf and threw them causing one of the watches to break. Suspect then attempted to slap the victim but was blocked by the victim. Suspect then grabbed the victim by the upper right arm and left scratch marks on his inner bicep. Upon interviewing the suspect she admitted to doing all of the above stated actions. Suspect stated she did it because she was upset with the victim. Suspect was placed under for above stated charges and transported to the ADC where she was booked accordingly.

Victim reports some unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location. At this time it is unclear how entry was gained. Victim indicates this has been happening since September 25, 2011 to present date. Once inside suspect(s) has been riffling through person financial documents and tossing them around the home. Victim also reports unknown person(s) have been draining gas from her vehicle. Case still pending investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Victim stated the above suspect attempted to leave in her car. Victim and suspect got into a struggle over the keys. At which time the suspect pushed victim. Above suspect was arrested on the above charges and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto burglary. Victim reports sometime between 1:00pm and 2:00pm unknown persons gained unlawful, forced entry into her White in color 1990 Saab. Suspect(s) gained entry through the driver side window by breaking with an unknown object. The above items were stolen from within the vehicle. Case still pending investigation.

Charge: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Deputies were dispatched to the above location for a 911 hang-up. Through further investigation it was discovered twin 17 yoa female sisters were involved in an verbal altercation. The above female armed herself with a butcher knife threatening to kill her sister. JPO authorized incarceration. The above female was placed under arrest for the above charge and booked accordingly at JDC without incident.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no Driver's License on file.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file. A smoking device was located in the vehicle containing suspected marijuana residue.

The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.
