Arrested: Jim Mora, 48-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-12-2011 at about 3:00am Deputies responded to a reported domestic disturbance at a residence on Los Pinos Road. Upon contacting the victim she stated her boyfriend, Jim Mora battered her and prevented her from leaving her residence durring an altercation a couple of hours earlier. She had visible signs of injury. Mr. Mora was located a short time later at his residence and arrested on the above listed charges.

Location: Airport Road at Paseo Del Sol west, Santa Fe N.M.
Arrested: Mike Vigil, 32-year-old male from santa Fe N.M.
On 11-11-2011 at about 10:51pm Mr. Vigil was observed driving in a careless manner on Airport Road in his vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and Mr. Vigil was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above listed charges.

Arrested: Eddie Lovato, 56-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-10-2011 at approximately 9:30pm a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Lovato's vehicle after it was observed weaving in and out of it's lane. Contact was made with Mr. Lovato who was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

ARRESTED: CHRISTOPHER ROBERT SANCHEZ, 29 YOA MALE SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: AGGRAVATED DWI, RESISTING AN OFFICER, CARELESS DRIVING, OPEN CONTAINER
DEPUTY WAS SENT TO THE ABOVE LISTED AREA DUE TO A DRUNK BUSTER TIP ABOUT THE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE SAFELY (CARELESS DRIVING). DEPUTY LOCATED VEHICLE AND STOPPED IT AND DRIVER WAS FOUND TO BE DRINKING, IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CONTAINER. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND AFTER BREATH TESTING AT THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE (.24 BrAC) SUSPECT THEN STARTED RESISTING OFFICERS DUE TO THE FACT THAT HE DID NOT WANT TO GO TO JAIL. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTOION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Victim reported they were notified by Ally Bank on todays date at 0800 hours that an unknown person had attempted to open a credit card account in the victim's name. Case still pending investigation.

Arrested: Linda Garcia, 40-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-10-2011 at approximately 2:00am Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Cottontail Road in reference to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed Ms. Garcia, who was intoxicated at the time was involved in an argument with her boyfriend and ran over his foot with her vehicle. She was arrested and charged accordingly.

ARRESTED: ROBERT P. ANAYA, 40 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER
ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED SHE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH SUSPECT. DURING THE ARGUMENT SUSPECT PUSHED VICTIM DOME ONTO A BED SWEARING AT HER AND THEN TOOK HER CELL PHONE AND THREW IT OUT INTO THE STREET, SUSPECT AND VICTIM WERE FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AFTER INVESTIGATION WAS COMPLETED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WERE HE WAS BOOKED.

Victim reported they left behind a green fanny pack in a classroom at the above location. The fanny pack was left behind on November 3, 2011. Since that date the victim found the ATM card was used at several different locations in the Santa Fe area. Total amount suspects used from card $369.50.
