Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect vehicle. Drive was found to have a Revoked Drivers License. Suspect was arrested, charged  and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

ARRESTED:  HEATHER R. ATSYE, 22 YOA FEMALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  BATTERY AGAINST A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED  HIS GIRLFRIEND WAS HITTING HIM.  DEPUTIES ARRIVED AND FOUND WHERE VICTIM WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND WHO WAS INTOXICATED.  DURING THE ARGUMENT SUSPECT STARTED SLAPPING VICTIM IN THE FACE.   AFTER INVESTIGATION SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Location: State Road 14 Milepost 42   Southwest Santa Fe

Suspect: Renaldo Jacquez-Rivera    Age:48      Albuquerque,NM

Vehicle:  2005 Ford  pickup White in color

Deputy observed vehicle traveling south on State Road 14 in area of milepost 42 traveling at a speed lower than posted. Deputy also observed vehicle weaving within its lane of traffic and drift off roadway onto shoulder. Vehicle was stopped and contact was made with driver. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was unable to perform sobriety tests. Suspect submitted to breath test with the results being .23, .23. Suspect was booked into jail.

Suspect:  Brittney Foust, age 20, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Battery on a household member, Minor Under the Influence

On 11/8/11 victim called law enforcement from the Shell Gas Station located at 7510 Airport Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Victim advised his girlfriend, the above suspect, was intoxicated and had hit him in the face with her fists after a brief argument.  Victim did have small cuts inside his mouth.  Contact was made with the suspect at her residence who was highly intoxicated. Suspect was then arrested on the above charges and after medically cleared, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On the above date and location, Deputies responded  to above location in reference to a Larceny.  Complainant advised that an unknown person(s) stole a Honda Holmatro power unit.   Complainant advised the crew conducted inventory on 9/27/11 and the power unit was accounted for. An additonal inventory was conducted on 10/25/11 and the power unit was unaccounted for. Estimated value for the item is $5000.00.

On 11/8/11 victim stated that he received a statement from Office Depot advising him that he owes $1028.57 for purchases made.  Victim stated that he received a credit card from Office Depot but has never used it.  He stated that he attempted to look for the credit card and could not find it.  He stated that he suspects his grandson for using the credit card.  Victim stated that this has occurred since October 8, 2011 to October 13, 2011.
