Location:  900 block of Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM

On 2/12/10 between the hours of 0845 and 1210 victim stated that unknown persons broke into her residence by attempting to pry open the front and back doors.  Unknown persons then broke a livingroom window to gain entry.  Unknown persons rummaged through residence and stole a digital camera, misc. jewelry, misc. coins, 36" flatscreen TV, and a personal computer.  Estimated value of items taken is $13348.00 and estimated damage amount is $2500.00.

Victim:  Vanessa Montez, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Unknown

On 2-12-2010, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM person(s) unknown entered a residence at the location through an unlocked door.  Once inside person(s) unknown removed a CD player, CDs, a hair dryer and a bracelet.

Location:  900 block of Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM

Sometime between the hours of 0830 and 1130 on 2/12/10, an unknown person gained forced entry in the above residence through a kitchen window.  The suspect(s) entered into several rooms and rummaged through closets and drawers.  The victim reported that a 22" flatscreen TV, a laptop computer, digital camera, DVD/VCR combo, Native American woven baskets, Native American moccasins, misc. jewelry, and garden tools were stolen.  Estimated value of items stolen is $13966.00. 

0210001152, Aggravated DWI, 2/12/10

Location: I-25 Milepost 276  Santa Fe

Suspect: Keenan Hughes  Age:25   Utah

Keenan Hughes was arrested for Aggravated DWI after being stopped for speeding and traffic lane violation.  Once stopped he showed signs of impairment and had a Brac of .16 or greater.

Location: Los Pinos Road, Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Two 7.5 inch DVD TV’s Movies to go, Sony 42 inch box TV, Mitsubishi 50 inch box TV’s, pickle jar of misc. hair ties. Value $750.00

Victim reported that between Wednesday February 10, 2010 at 5:00pm and above date at 14:30pm an unknown person(s) broke the passenger side window to victims vehicle and took two 7.5 inch black in color DVD player and TV. Upon further inspection at the residence which is unlivable the above items were also taken.

Victim reports several windows to his home were smashed out by bricks being thrown trough them.  Case is under investigation.

Deceased: Margaret Weissmuller, Age: 77, DOB: 07-10-1932

 On 02-11-10 the victim was found dead in her residence. She had an extensive medical history and no foul play is suspected at this time. Her death is still inder investigation.

Sometime between 02-05-10 and 02-11-10 someone gained entry to the victim's residence through an unlocked door. The victim was in the process of moving out and had left some belongings behind, when she went back to get them they were gone.

Sometime between 02-06-10 and 02-11-10 someone cut the lock to the victim's barn and stole approximately 100 bales of hay. According to the victim this the fourth time this happens.

The above listed individual who is currently an inmate at the Santa Fe County Detention Facility was served with a felony warrant for failure to comply with his conditions of probation.  No Bond.
