The above listed individual was taken into custody for a felony warrant, fugitive from justice, issued by the state of Florida. without incident

Stolen: 6 rifles, 2 shot guns, 2 revolvers, 4 saddles, computer, printer, 2 TV's, 1 diamond ring, 2 necklaces, 3 pair earings.

 Two victims reported that on this date sometime between 7:00am and 4:50pm their residence and a barn were burglarized. The unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the structures by forcing their way in. upon entering the above listed items were stolen valued at about $8000.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Ricardo Anchondo was arrested for Aggravated DWI after being stopped for traffic lane violation.  He showed signs of impairment and had a Brac of .16 0r greater.

Stolen: $375.00 in US Currency, Driver's License, Social Security Card

Value: $375.00

On 02-08-10 between 8:00pm and 9:00pm, unknown person's broke the passenger side window to the victim's vehicle. Once inside the vehicle the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending.

Victim: Vincente Matinez Age 39

Victim was found deceased in a vacant lot. Victim had been reported missing by his family. There were no obvious signs of foul play found at the scene. The death is still under investigation, but is not being treated as a suspicious death.

On Sun 2/7/10, while investigating a motor vehicle crash, suspect had pulled up in his vehicle, and was found to be intoxicated. Suspect was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Suspect had 4 previous DWI'S, and was driving on a revoked license. Blood draw was obtained.

Vehicle Seizure: 2002 Chrysler Sebring 4d, black, NM Plate# 582-NJN

       On Sun 2/7/10 at approx 0154hrs/am, Driver was traveling on Agua Fria, lost control and struck 2 mailboxes. Driver was found to be intoxicated, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Suspect had 4 prior DWI's. A blood draw was provided.

Victim reported that some point since last date, unknown suspects into his business and stole the above items. Forced entry was gained by cutting a padlock to the conex doors.
