On 2/6/10 victim stated that he was walking east on SFC Road 56A near Camino Juliana when he was attacked from behind by an unknown number of suspects which stabbed him in the right arm. Victim couldn't give a description of the suspects or their clothing. Victim stated that this occurred between 0300 hours and 0500 hours. Victim called his mother to pick him up and transported him to the hospital.

On 2-6-2010 at 2:16 AM, the Suspect and Victim #1 were involved in a verbal altercation at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect, who was intoxicated, pushed Victim #1 and then threatened to batter Victim #2. Neither victim was injured as a result of this incident.

VICTIM STATED THAT ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 2ND, 2010 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2:30 PM AND 4:30 PM UNKNOWN PERSONS TOOK HER 1 YEAR OLD PURE BRED GERMAN SHEPPARD. VICTIM SAID THAT WHEN SHE ARRIVED HOME FROM WORK SHE FOUND HER DOG MISSING AND THE COLLAR AT THE ENTRANCE TO HER DRIVE.

On 2/5/10 victim stated sometime between the hours of 2100 hours on 2/4/10 and 0630 hours on 2/5/10 unknown persons burglarized victim's vehicle. Victim stated that her vehicle was unlocked and stated that her Coach purse and wallet was stolen. Estimated value of items taken is about $500.00.

On 2/5/10 victim reported that between 1/22/10 and 2/2/10 someone made purchases on her Discover credit card. Two purchases were reflected on her card, one at Neaman Marcus for $1600.00 and New York Utilities for $849.00. Four other transactions were attemplted but were declined.

Location: residence off of East Old Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM
On 2/5/10 victim reported that within the last 5 weeks his storage unit which is on his property was burglarized. Suspects cut the fence next to the roadway and cut the chain which locked the gate to the property. Suspects then used a welding or hot cutting device to remove a large square to the storage unit. Suspects then removed several items from within. Victim will provide a list at a later date. Estimated value of items taken is pending along with estimated damage amount.

On 2-4-2010 at 10:04 PM the victims were at a residence at the location. The victims were asked to leave the residence as the person they were looking for was not there. As the victims were walking away from the location, an unknown person operating the suspect vehicle chased the victims and attempted to strike them with the suspect vehicle. The suspect vehicle then fled the area. A check of the area met with negative results in locating the suspect or suspect vehicle.

Charged: Possession of a Crontrolled Substance, to wit: Heroin, Possession of
Drug Paraphernalia, DWI, Open Container, Prohibited Acts, Equipment
On 2-4-2010 at 9:04 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The vehicle was emitting a white cloud of smoke and the license plate lamp was not operative. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to Blood Alcohol Test. There was an open can of Tecate beer in the vehicle. Also located in the vehicle was several syringes containing suspected heroin and a spoon containing suspected heroin residue. Also there were other items located in the vehicle which are used to inject heroin.

Victim reported that sometime between 2-3-10 6:00pm and 2-4-10 6:00pm some unknown person(s) gained access to her residence by forcing open the back door with an unknown object. Victim stated that it did not appear that anything was missing at this time.

Victim stated on this date at about 7:00pm she arrived at the above location for a meeting. Upon returning to her vehicle at about 9:00pm which was parked outside she noticed the rear left window was broken and a dell laptop computer had been stolen.
