On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that person(s) unknown stole a 2001 Toyota Four-Runner Bearing NM Plate JSP-457.  The vehicle has a logo of "Comfort Doctor Heating & Cooling" in blue and red lettering on all sides of the vehicle.  The vehicle was valued at $17,000.00.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Victim: 56-year-old male

 

On Feb. 1, 2010 at approx. 6:30 a.m. deputies responded to a residence at the above location in reference to unconcious male.  Upon arrival paramedics had attempted CPR although were unable to resuscitate the male.  The victim was pronounced deceased by OMI who also responded to the residence.  The victim had a medical history and was currently under physican care.  There were no signs of foul play and it appears that the victim died of natural causes.

On 01-30-10 at 11:05pm, the above individual was observed operating a white Ford truck. The vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the above individual, signs of impairment was observed. The Standardized Field Sobriety Test were performed. The individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly. A breath test was performed with results of .09/.10 BrAC. The above individuals vehicle was seized do to having more than two prior DWI's.
