On 01-15-2010 the victim reported that she left for work at about 8:00am and returned to about 6:15pm. Upon returning to the residence she noticed that a panel to the dog door was removed. Once inside the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending.

On 01-15-2010 Deputies proceeded to the above location to serve an Order of Protection. While at the residence the male subject was found to be hiding inside the residence. While attempting to serve the Order of Protection the male subject fled the residence. The subject was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and placed under arrest. The subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reported that between Thursday January 14, 2010 at 11:00am and Friday January 15, 2010 at 3:00pm an unknown person(s) broken the front door of the above residence and took above items. Victim stated that he cleaned and secured his door last date before he notified law enforcement. The above items were valued at about $5850.00

On 1/16/10, victim was stabbed in the upper right leg, with an unkown type knife, after a dispute with a male, known only as "Twitty". Victim sustained a small laceration/puncture, and was treated and released by Espanola Regional Medical Center. Investigation continues.

On 1/16/10, suspect was driving a 2008 Toyota Camry, bearing NM plate# KDS-250, and failed to stop for a stop sign. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, booked accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 1/14/09 5:00pm and 1/15/10 8:00am some unknown person stole 3 money orders, 6 checks and $1000.00 in cash from victims business office.. Victim suspects a possible employee or ex-employee. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: residence off of Roselias Caminito, Espanola, NM (La Puebla)
On 1/14/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary in progress. Witness stated that a marron in color vehicle parked near her residence and 3 males jumped out of the vehicle and broke into her relatives garage. The maroon in color vehicle was chased by witnesses and the vehicle obtained a blow out on the left front tire. The suspects left the vehicle at 66 El Sitio Road and fled on foot. Suspects were not located at this time. Victim stated that it appeared nothing was taken from his residence but witnesses stated that suspects took what appeared to be gallon containers out of victims residence.

On 1/14/10 deputies were dispatched to above stated residence. Victim stated that unknown suspects gained entry into his barn by prying open a side window and took misc. power tools and binoculars. Estimated value of items taken is abaout $2,500.00. Estimated damage amount is about $100.00.
