On this date above listed suspect was east bound Agua Fria Road driving throuhg a crash location.  Driver was stopped and found to be impaired .12 /.11 BrAC.  He was also found to be in possession of an open container and has no drivers license.  Suspect was arrested without incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.

Location:  100 block of Quiet Valley Loop / County Line Road area Edgewood

Charges:  Sexual Exploitation of Children

On this date officers were dispatched address where he met with reporting party who advised that her sisters had found photographs of children in her husbands locker.  She advised that he had downloaded several photographs of the children from the internet.  Suspect was located and taken into custody after investigation was completed to this point and several photographs were located.

Complaintant reported that sometime between 8-31-08 and today (9-2-08) an unknown person(s) broke into the community well house in the village of Conyoncito, NM and stole a ground Tamper valued at $ 3,500.  No Suspect or witness information at this time.
