Victim reported that on 09-02-08 she discovered that a unsecured storage shed on her property had been unlawfully entered and misc. camping gear valued at $2,500 was stolen.  No suspect or witness information at this time.

On the above date the above named defendant was arrested without incident while being held at the Adult Detention Facility on a Bench Warrant out of Bernallilo County, NM.

Location: 2900 block of Santeiros Road, Agua Fria Road area

Charges: Warrant / Possession of Marijuana < 1 ounce

Arrested:  John Lerouge, 25yoa male

On this date suspect was located and taken into custody for a failure to appear warrant.  After suspect was transported to the Adult Detention Center and booked on the warrant, the staff located a small baggie of marijuana in suspects wallet.  Suspect was then charged with possession of marijuana. and booked on that charge also.

Charges: Aggravated Assault

Suspect:  14yoa Juvenile male

On this date victim approached deputy and informed her that he and the suspect had exchanged words and suspect pointed to a knife in his front pocket and wanted them to fight.  Victim saw officer after walking away from suspect.  Suspect was located and found to have a knife in his pocket and was taken into custody and released to his parents.  Case referred to the Juvenile Probation Office.

The above juvenile was stopped for speeding. He showed signs of impairment and had a BrAC of .14 and .13. Juvenile Probation was notified and the juvenile was released to the custody of his parents. Charges will be submitted by JPO.

Above driver was stopped for failing to dim her lights. She showed signs of impairment and also admitted to consuming a beer earlier. The driver submitted to a breath test and the results were .15 and .16. She was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Burt Plotkin - age 53, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a 911 hang-up at the above location, which was found to be a domestic altercation. The victim reported that her husband threw her on the floor and held her down. Deputies found there  was probable cause and arrested the suspect accordingly.
