Victim reports that someone shattered the window on her car while it was parked at the above location. Her purse was stolen from inside. Victim believes the suspect may be an ex-employee.

0n 9/1/08, Drunkbusters reported a wrong way driver. Deputy located a 1991 Toyota MR2 on the median, and found the driver to be intoxicated. Driver was arrested/charged/booked accordingly. Breath tests were .16/.17

On 9/1/08, 8:26pm, suspect was driving  a 1985 Chev Suburban and failed to maintain his lane. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Breath test results were .12/.12. Suspect charged/booked accordingly

Arrested/suspect#2: Julian Quintana, Santa Fe,NM age 25 Charges: Parties to a crime/Resisting, Hindering,Obstructing an Officer

On 8/31/08, both subjects were in a 1992 Honda Accord parked at the intersection of Airport Rd/NM 599. the vehicle was involved in a hit and run crash. The driver, Martinez was changing seats with the passenger, when Deputy arrived. The passenger refused to follow orders to exit the vehicle and was tased. Both subject were drunk, and very unruly, and uncooperative. Suspects arrested, charged,booked accordingly.

Arrested: Alfredo Morales-Del Real age: 25

Charges: Four Bench Warrants for his arrest out of Rio Arriba County

 On 08-31-2008 while investigating a shots fired call in the area, it was learned that the above individual had four active warrants for his arrest. All four arrest warrants were issued out of Rio Arriba County. All four warrants were charging him with Failure to Appear at the time and place ordered by the court. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly and given copies of the warrants.

Stolen: Kenwood Car Stereo with Compact Disc Player valued at $250.00

Charges: Pending

On 08-31-2008 between 3:20pm and 5:20pm, suspects broke the left rear window out of a 1994 Honda Accord. According to the victim a Kenwood car stereo was stolen from inside the car. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Pam Moreno - age 42, Santa Fe, NM

Above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a red light and failing to maintain her lane. She showed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming three alcohol beverages prior to driving. She was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .06 and .05.

Arrested: Christina Mojica - age 31, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Thomas Delgado - age 28, Santa Fe, NM

Deputy stopped a vehicle for reckless driving at the above location. The vehicle was found to be stolen out of Connecticut and the driver had arrest warrants out of Florida. The driver and passenger were placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

Arrested: Steve Jaramillo - age 30, Santa Fe, NM

Above suspect was operating a motor vehicle and struck another car from behind. The suspect fled the scene and was later located by deputies. The suspect showed signs of impairment and had an open container in his vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .17 and .16.

Location: Cottonwood Mobile Home Park

Victim reports he went to pick up his sister at a party and another individual at the same party became angry at him. A verbal altercation ensued and the suspect pointed a handgun at the victim. Victim left the residence without any further incident. Suspect had not been located at the time of this report.
