Steve Zamora was apprehended after leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash on W. Alameda St. He was found to be impaired and had driven while his license was revoked for a prior DWI arrest. His BAC. was .16 or greater. Jaramillo was booked accordingly.

Missing Person: Tesia Buszkiewicz 14yoa
On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a missing juvenile. Upon speaking with the the reporting party, he was told that the daughter had told them that she was going to be staying at a friend's house for the night to complete a homework assignment. Upon checking with the friend's parents, it was learned tht the friend had told her parents that she was staying at her friend's house. The NMSP took the report on the other juvenile. The whereabouts of the two are unknown, Both were entered into NCIC

On the above date, the above officer responded to the above location regarding a report of a canine which had been shot with an unknown type of firearm. Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that her canine had been shot by an unknown person and that it was at the veteririan hospital in Santa Fe. Injuriea to the canine were not fatal.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding a home invasion. Upon speaking with the victim she advised that an unknown male had kncked at her door. Upon her answering it he forced his way in and demanded money and or jewery. The suspect went to the victim's bedroom and took approximately $5,000.00 worthe of jewery. The victim was unable to give a clear discription of the suspect.

On this date while at the Adult Detention Center, Deputy Markley was asked to serve a warrant on above listed suspect. Suspect was served the warrant with out incident.

On this date Deputy met with victim where she reported that she parked her vehicle in the area on the 26th of this month. When she returned to pickup the vehicle on the 27th, she found that someone had broken out the passenger side front window and removed her radio and CD changer, speakers and other personal items along with 6-gallons of gas, total value of about $2,289.00. Case is under investigation at this time.

Charges: DWI, suspended or revoked license, littering
On this date the above listed suspect was stopped for littering on State Road 14. Suspect displayed signes of impairment. Durning the investigation it was discovered that the suspect was under the influence (14/.13 BrAC) and has a revoked drivers licesne due to another DWI. She was taken into custody on above listed charges and taken to Adult Detention Center.

Arrested:Jimmy Redus, Age:61, Address:2710 Collins Dr, LVNM
Charges: DWI, Careless Driving
On the above date the suspect was stopped by a deputy at the above location when he was seen weaving all over the roadway. It was then determined that the suspect was under the influence of intoxicating liqour or drugs. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: 1407 Calle Tecolote, Santa Cruz, NM
On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regardintg a burglary to a residence investigation. Upon speaking with the victim, he advsied that earlier tonight he left his home for a short time to run errands. When he returned, he noticed that a Black and Decker cordless drill and charger was taken from inside of the home. The victrim's neighbor had seen the victim's ex-girlfriend leaving the home shortly after he had left. The infomation was referred to the Criminal Investigations Division.

On this date deputies and the fire department responded to a fire at the above listed location. The camper type trailer was fully engulfed and was burnt to the ground. People in the area stated that the trailer had been there for over 6-weeks and they had not seen anyone around the trailer. Case is under investigation.
