Case# 0208007425 / Burglary-Larceny / 08-27-2008

Location: 100 block of Calle Nopalitas

On this date the above listed deputy was sent to meet with the victim due to a burglary.  Victim stated he left his house around 0700 am and he admitted to leaving his front door unlocked.  When victim returned around 0730 pm and found where $85.00 and his TV was missing from the bedroom.  Case is under investigation at this time.

Location:  Cerrillos Road / Ocate Road

Charges:  Warrant failure to appear

Suspect was north bound on Cerrillos Road was involved in a signel vehicle roll over crash.  During investigation officer found out that suspect had a warrant for his arrest and he was taken into custody with out incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center.  Deputy served the warrant to the suspect, which was for failure to appear.

Arrested: Michael Martinez DOB: 11-11-88

On the above date, the above officer was patrolling on South Meadows and made contact with the defendant who was walking in the middle of the street.  Upon making contact, and checking wants, it was learned that the defendant had an active arrest order from the Muicipal Court.  The arrest order was a bench warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation.  He was arressted without incident and transported to the Santa Fe Coounty Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Location:  229 State Road 503, Santa Fe, NM (Nambe)

Suspect:  Arsenio Trujillo, age 36, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Careless Driving, Expired Registration

On 8/26/08, suspect was involved in a single motor vehicle collision at 229 State Road 503.  Suspect was found in the vehicle passed out.  Suspect was found to be impaired and was arrested.  Suspect was given a breath test and his BrAC was .30, .32.  Suspect's registration to his vehicle had expired in 2007.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On this date officer was sent to Santa Fe County Electronic Monitoring to take custody of above listed suspect due to an outstanding warrant for his arrest.  Suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Adult Detention Center.

Location: Willow Road / Edgewood, NM

Victim: Robert Eagleston, 82 yoa male, Edgewood, NM

The above named victim was found deceased in his residence while seated on his recliner. The victim suffered from numerous medical conditions and was taking medications. The cause of death appears to be of natural causes and no criminal activity was found.

On this date officer was sent to to take a report of a burglary.  Officer meet with victim and found out that they had been out of town over the weekend and just arrived home.  Victims son went to play his Play Station #2 and could not find it.  Victim reported that his 15 yoa nephew is the suspect.  Suspect entered house through a broken window.  Case is under investigation at this time.

On this date the above listed suspect was stopped for a traffic violation on Airport Road.  During the investigation it was discovered that the suspect had an active warrant for his arrest.  Suspect was arrested without incident and taken to the Adult Detention Center, where the warrant was servered.

On the above date unknown persons entered the victims residence by removing a window. Once entry was gained the suspects stole a television set and $200.00 in cash.  The case under investigation.

Location Of Incident:Mimbres Lane

On the above date deputies along with paramedics were dispatched to the above location reference to a 3 month old baby being unconscious and not breathing. The infant was transported to St. Vincents Hospital where she passed away. The case is still under investigation.
