On 08-25-08 the above individual was placed under arrest after he threatened physicall harm to his wife. The above individual threatened to throw rocks at her until she was dead during a verbal argument at their residene. The victim reported that she was agraid for her safety and had her 9 year old son call 911. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 08-25-08 a 36 year old female was reported missing by her father. The female had left her residence on 08-24-08 at about 8:00pm. She was last seen driving a 2001 copper in color Jeep Wrangler, bearing NM license plate HZP056. The female is reported to have a mental illness as well. The whereabouts of the female is currently unknown. This case is currently under investigation.

The victim was away from her residence from 08-17-08 through 08-24-08. During this period someone gained entry into her residence by unknown means and stole the above items. This case is currently under investigation.

Stolen: 1993 Isuzu Trooper NM 838-MCK
On 08-25-08 the victim reported that his 1993 Isuzu Trooper was stolen from Hyde Park. The victim stated that he was jumped by unknown males. The victim stated that when he woke up the vehicle was gone from the scene. The victim was unable to provide any description of the males other than they were wearing black clothes. This case is currently under investigation.

On 08-22-08 a Corrections Officer at the Santa Fe County Jail was escorting an inmate in handcuffs, when he turned abruptly. During the turn the Corrections Officer recieved a scratch to her right thumb. It is believed that the inmates fingernail is what caused the scratch. The case is currenty under investigation.

On 08-24-08 sometime between 10:00am and 3:00pm, unknown person(s) kicked in the front door at the above location. Once inside they stole the above items. This incident is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that she was at a parking lot in the Pojoaque Area attempting to close her vehicle's rear window. She was approached by 4 males i their twenties in a blue or green car. Three of the males got out of the vehicle and grabbed her by her arms and forced her to the ground. While she was trying to fight them off, she was punched in the eye. The victim stopped fighting and one of the males sexually assualted her. The suspects then fled the area in an unknown direction of travel. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: April Martinez age: 18
Charges: Abuse of a Child, Aggravated D.W.I., and Reckless Driving
The above individual was driving at a high rate of speed heading northbound on US 84/285 at mm170. The driver lost control of the vehicle and hit a guard rail and then went across the roadway and stuck a vehicle and a barrier. The driver was found to be impaired and had a BrAC of .23 and .23. The driver also had a 17 year old male in the vehicle at time of the incident. She was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail Accordingly.

Container, Driver Must be Licensed
On 8-23-2008 at 11:12 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location when he entered a Sobriety Check Point. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was found not to have a driver\'s license and was unable to produce proof of insurance. There were open bottles of beer in the vehicle.
