Victim advised that sometime between 6:00 p.m. on 8-13-08 and 8:00 a.m. on 08-14-08 an unknown person(s) spray painted graffiti on the exterior of the building (Boy's and Girl's Club), several walls and a County owned vehicle that was parked on the property. Damage is estimated at $1,400. No suspects or witness at this time.

Victim advised that on 8-13-08 at approximately 1:00 p.m. three females entered into the store and left with four Coach leather handbags without paying for them. The clerk confronted the females in the parking lot and one of the handbags was returned. The females then fled the parking lot in a white mini van. The estimated cost of the three handbags is $1044.00. Further investigation into this case is pending.

Charged: Bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines
On 8/13/08, deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect was ran through NCIC and was found to have an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to pay fines. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Michael Russom, age 30, Albuquerque, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Driver must be licensed, No Insurance, Expired Registration
On 8/13/08, RECC received a call of a motor vehicle crash on I-25 mm 271 in which the driver had struck the construction barriers. Suspect was out of his vehicle attempting to change a tire due to a blow out. Caller advised that the suspect was out of vehicle attempting to take spare tire out to fix it. Officers arrived and made contact with suspect who appearted to be impaired. Suspect was given SFST's which showed signs of impairment. Suspect was read NM Implied Consent and refused to submit to breath test. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Vehicle did have old damage and was not involved in a motor vehicle crash.

The residence owner arrived home and found that someone had pried open the door to their residence. Nothing appears to be stolen at this time.

The victim reported that he believed that his ex-girlfriend entered his residence and removed his dog and TV set. This incident occurred following the break-up of their relationship. The suspect was located and denied taking the items.

The victim reported that she utilized her credit card at a local business and then a short time later learned that the cashier transferred $500.00 from the victim's credit card to her own personal checking account. The case is under investigation.

Victim reported that on 8-13-08 between the hours of 12:00 mid-night and 7:30 a.m. an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered his vehicle by breaking a window and stole speakers from the trunk. The victim estimated the value of the speakers at $230.00. No suspects or witness information is available at this time.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding an auto-burglary. Upon arrival, the victim advised that her vehicle was burglarized while at the casino. Unknown suspect(s) threw a rock through the driver's side window and stole a radar detector, a Chocolate cellular telephone, a portable DVD player and a case containing approximately 25 CD's. Value of the theft was estimated at $850.00.

On the above date, the above named officer assisted in the arrest of the above maned defendant. The defendatn was reported to be driving at the above location and was unable to maintain his lane of traffic. Defendant was unable to complete field sobrity tests and passed out. A search warrant was obtained for the defendant's blood. Driver's history report revieled that the defendant had four prior DWI's and was charged with a felony.
