It was learned that the defendant was wanted out of Macon North Carolina for a Probation Violation. The defendant was booked on the outstanding warrant and also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.

Victim reported that unkonw person entered his vehicle and took his pistol out of the vehicle. The vehicle was not locked. No other information.

Victim reported that unknown persons vandalizied his family horse arena by burning hay and spray painting graffitti on walls. Damage was estimated a $200. No person nor animal were injured durning incident.

Victim: 44 year old female
Above victim was staying at her boyfriend's residence and both had been drinking alcoholic beverages. According to the boyfriend, the victim retreated into the bedroom and when he later checked on her, he found her deceased. Criminal Investigations responded to the scene and the investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: 4 juvenile males /12-18 yrs old
Victim reported that on 8/12/08 at approx 0030hrs/am, his vehicle: 2004 Chev Cavalier 4d, was burglarized a a back pack with misc items were stolen. Victim saw 4 males walking away from the area, so he confronted them. The males were holding his backpack, and started running away, dropping his belongings. Victim recovered all of his property except for the backpack. It was determined that the victim left the window down to his car, and the suspects reached in and took the backpack. Suspects could not be located.

Driver: Aaron Lujan, 18, Albuquerque, NM
Victim #1: Melissa Montoya, 17, Espanola, NM
Victim #2: Salamon Gallegos, 37, Albuquerque, NM
Victim #3: Natanni Mirabal, 21, Santa Fe, NM
On 8-11-2008, at 12:16 AM, the driver was operating the vehicle south at the location and was passing another vehicle. As the driver completed the pass he lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side. The vehicle then went down a dirt embankment. The vehicle then rolled approximately 41/2 times coming to rest on its roof to the west of the West Frontage Road. Victims #2 and #3, who were unrestrained rear seat passengers were ejected from the vehicle. All four occupants were transported to St. Vincent Regional Medical Center. The driver and victim #1 were treated for minor injuries and released. Victim #2 was treated for head, neck, right arm injuries and admitted in stable condition. Victim #3 was treated for head and internal injuries and admitted in critical condition. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor, however speed does.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and during investigation observed an injury to victim's chin. Battery was determined to be the cause and Warren Hill was arrested for Battery against a Household Member.

Suspect: Antonio Gutierrez-Calabasa Age: 50 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash and found one of the drivers, Antonio Gutierrez-Calabasa to have been driving on a revoked license with arrest clause from a prior DWI arrest. Suspect arrested without incident.
