The Elections and Voting division is responsible for running fair and lawful elections within Santa Fe County and maintaining voter information and registrations. 

Upcoming 2022 Elections

- Tuesday, June 7th, 2022 - Primary Election Results

- Tuesday, November 8th, 2022 - General Election

Several local, county and statewide positions will be on this ballot

• New Mexico statewide: Governor/Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Auditor, Treasurer, Commissioner of Public Lands, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeals
• US House of Representatives: Districts 1 and 3 split Santa Fe County
• New Mexico State House of Representatives: Districts 41, 43, 45, 46, 47, 48, 50
• Santa Fe Magistrate Court
• County: All Commissioners, Assessor, Sheriff, Probate Judge,
